  1. These were sold, but the guy just backed out on them. So, they are for sale again.
  2. It has a crack in the head or block, so I am parting the rest out. The cowling is sold, but here are a few parts that are available: Lower unit Trim assembly Controls
  3. Everything is new in box. Retail on this bundle is $285. SEAVIEW PMA57M1 - Base SEAVIEW ADAR1 - Adapter Plate SEAVIEW CG30PG - Cable Gland
  4. I like the smaller size. That's my personal preference. The larger size is run by a lot of great captains. I'll run S3 on the inside boards and SS on the outside typically. Iforgot about that color. That's a dirty water color for me.

  6. BW Custom Boat repair in Sodus does these all the time. The owner, Bill, used to work at Great Lakes in Sodus. Now he has his own operation that's a bit smaller. Let me know if you can't find his contact info.
  7. Man that's a favorite spoon of mine on a 10 color in May/June.....
  8. I've never tried it, but some guys swear by it. Just use quality hooks and it shouldn't matter.
  9. 1. 32lb or 45lb - 45lb is the most common 2. Is there one brand that is better than another No, but A-TOM-MIK is the local guy who supplies a lot of Copper, and he does a lot for this fishery 3. What is the best way to connect it to the leader and backer? Albright knot or a 60lb test Swivel. 4. How long of a leader? 10-50'. There is no golden rule.
  10. My honest opinion would be stay away from a copper set-up. If you fish for a living or toss your money into a pot and fish competitively they are a must. If you want to catch a Salmon and enjoy it stick to downrigging and diver fishing. If you feel the need to put a junk line out look at adding a Torpedo weight to a wire rod set-up or a 10 color set up. Copper set ups just kill the fight of the fish, and make them even harder to revive.
  11. This is the non-Bluetooth model. Pictured below is the newer remote, but this one comes with the older one that's not a touch screen. I will not ship this, and pick up will be local in Monroe County. $1.250 Firm Terrova 112 US2 with i-Pilot Link - 36V-112lbs-72" We're still finding pieces of the mold we broke when we built Terrova. 12. Anyone can use the code.
  13. $375. Brand new It's $570
  14. Selling my ice auger becasue I just don't use it. It's had 3 tanks of gas through it, and each tank was run with stabilizer and seafoam mixed in. It comes with an auger carrying bag and fresh gas. Fired it up and ran it this weekend. Specs: Mighty 54cc, 3-Horsepower Solo® Powerhead 40:1 Transmission with Heat Treated Gears Impact Resistant Long Filament Handles Twin Stainless Steel Lazer Blades Polymer Gear Casting Reduces Weight LMP-10 is 28 lbs. https://youtu.be/zN5vKKtgZz8 https://www.rapala.com/strikemaster/power-ice-augers/gas-ice-augers/lazer-pro/Lazer+Pro.html?cgid=strikemaster-power-gas#start=5&cgid=strikemaster-power-gas
  15. Nope, but if you contact the owner he can tell ya. I vaguely remember him mentioning it's a low freq.
  16. Correct, the probes have internal batteries. You put the probe on a charger when it's not in use. I've never killed one in a day of fishing.
  17. There is a "brain box" that needs power and is mounted in the back of the boat. The transducer on the transom of your boat plugs into the "brain box." You need to use an Android tablet to display the data from the "brain box" via Bluetooth.
  18. It's a nice unit. The speed probe has been great for me, but I'm still used to/and love my Moor SubTroll. I run them in tandem to get used to the SmartTroll. I primarily use the SmartTroll on my divers. Knowing their depths has really put a few extra fish in the box for us. If you are interested in a SmarfTroll you can use my code (HAJECKIST) to save 20%. My only concern with people purchasing SmarTroll's is people who's boat's are a wiring nightmare, or have a soft transom. Both of these will affect the performance of the SmartTroll. If you have any specific questions about the unit feel free to ask.
  19. They all work. You have to ask yourself if you want another transducer on the back of your boat (Fish Hawk), or if you want to deal with coated cable (Depth Raider/Moor). I will say customer service at Fish Hawk seems great. The customer service I've gotten from Depth Raider is not great.
  20. I've used them all. Currently have a Moor and a Smart Troll on the Trojan, and a Depth Raider on my Lund. Ask away and I will help to the best of my ability.
  21. Call BW Customs in Sodus. He does all the cowlings for us at Krenzer Marine. He knows the Yamaha cowling/colors well.
  22. What a great tribute, and a way to keep his name synonymous with the Lake Ontario fishery. He was a good guy. I had the privilege of sharing a boat with him on a couple of occasions, and I always enjoyed chatting with him.
