  1. Just want to give a shout out to the businesses that supported/sponsored our event in 2015. The prize structure would be much less if it weren't for them stepping up. Please support these businesses when ever possible. World Fishing Network Black North Inn Narbys K&G Lodge Rusty Lure Sportfishing Reel Excitement Sportfishing Thrillseeker Sportfishing Runnin Rebel Sportfishing Crazy Yankee Sportfishing Mark Lewis Agency Hammerhead Tackle A-TOM-MIK Manufacturing Familiar Bite Dreamweaver Also, a big thanks to Connie and Denise who were our weigh masters over the weekend.. PJ for check in and weigh master. Ron Berstein and Mike Waterhouse for behind the scene organization.
  2. Thanks Dex! We can grow this event, but it'll take more than the couple of organizers. In my opinion current teams chatting it up with friends and other boats is how this event will grow. We need everyones help to get new teams into this event. 45-50 boats should be our near future goal. It'll be great for the local economy, and in turn they will hopefully donate more sponsor money into the event.
  3. Here are the standings at this years Oak Orchard Open. Still looking for Team Lip Ripper who won some money in their bracket. Please get a hold of me. .

  6. Yea, we got rid of that fool too! LOL He's under a new name!
  7. Rob.....I don't drink beer. I'll have some Grey Goose and Paul likes Sailor, so don't bring that fermented nasty water to my meeting. This might be the only way you and Jerry will be allowed back into the tourney.
  8. Great post John! I agree! Putting on these events isn't easy.

  11. Final unofficial Niagara Pro Am results. http://t.co/TLruiJ00He

  12. The Wilson Harbor Invitational hired them to do the 2014 tourney and the 2015 tourney. Below is a link to the videos from 2014. Mind you the fishing was terrible, but they did a great job with what they had. The videos for 2015 should be MUCH better due to the outstanding fishing we had. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6zkdWAvX5ds0ebvY80SLwrdsHZvFMgDR
  13. Always go in and restore defaults after a software update Ed. Even if it looks like it already did that. Also, when updating the software unplug everything but the power wire from the back of the unit. That chip is pretty nice for Lady O.The contour shading is a nice feature. Lake O is very detailed, but Lake Erie isn't on the NE chip. If you want some great videos on HB and the Lakemaster chip go on YouTube and check out Doug's page - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC720StZgdcrn-Ldn7vY4v1g He knows his stuff!
  14. It should Ed. My ICE688 uses the Lakemaster chip. i think it means you will just have dual beam capability instead of the Quad beam. The Quad beam included a 2D like side imaging view. Can't hurt to call the 1800# and get clarification.
  15. Nice job fellas! It's always fun to fish out of Rochester.
  16. Let it out slowly. Many times we will let it out on a slow drag and it'll fire on the way out. I see too many people, and this goes for seasoned anglers as well, dump coppers to quickly. You're asking for trouble. Also, once you get it out let it settle before you hook it to a board. If you dump them quick and then try to slide it out on a board you're going to catch your diver. We run 3 junk lines ALL the time. When the fishing gets tough we'll run 5. If you want to run multiple coppers on a side figure out what length works best for your program, or for the water you're fishing. Then make 2 of them. If you run 2 200' or 2 300' off each side then it's like Brown Trout fishing. When the outside one goes off you slide the inside one down.
  17. Doubled up on Salmon at the Niagara Pro-Am tournament this past weekend. @Cannon @HumminbirdFish https://t.co/VfiZw7jB38
