For Sale : USA 1990 Penn Yan 215 Tempest Hardtop
PennYan20 replied to PennYan20's topic in Boats for Sale
Due to the fact that I haven't kept up with computer technology, I don't have any pictures of the boat to share. As soon as it is uncovered, and gone through, and slipped, it will be available for tests runs until SOLD. I have another boat that I purchased a year ago, and don't need this one. Thanks, Steve............. -
I have a 1990 Penn Yan 21 foot Tempest hard top going up for sale as soon as I get it uncovered and in my dock, after my mechanic goes through it. 4.3 V6 mercruiser, hooked to a Yamaha 9.9 Kicker through auto-pilot. Rocket launchers, 3 Mag 10 downriggers, Furuno and Humminbird fish finders, Marine radio, Fishawk, Trailer(needs brakes.) A nice stable boat, easy to handle. Some additional equipment available. Asking $7,000.00 or best offer. Boat is located at Lake Breeze Marina / at "The Oak." I can be reached at 585-723-6297 between 10:00AM and 9:00PM. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks she'll be ready! Steve............

I purchased mine through Brett's Place on the Bay.....Last Year. He spun whatever line on them I wanted. He had (2) and (4) packs at very reasonable prices. I coupled them with Blue Diamond and Daiwas rods Steve............PS: I also frequent the local shops...to keep it fair, they have to survive too! (No more Cabella's for me!) I feed the Government enough tax money!

Happy B-Day to ya! Steve...........

Will there be a category in the LOC Derby if someone hooks on to one and lands it? Steve.......... -
I totally agree with the above.....Arney's all the way! Steve...........

Then again......"There was a young man from Nantucket............." Pre-Winter blahs! Steve..........

I would have to quote George Carlin(R.I.P.) "Not in my back yard!" Ugly friggin things! We, the consumer will never see a penny of savings from this.....only the eye sore! Besides, some boaters can't even enter a marked major river without slamming into the banks. I enjoy my unobstructed view of Lake O. The way Mother Nature intended it to be. Too many high priced elected officials, we can't afford already. ps: I drove to The Oak and back this week and could not believe the "overage" of Political signs in yards spoiling a beautiful back-drop of the Fall. I don't vote, because of a SIGN, or a NAME or a PARTY. Steve....

Cornelis, glad to hear you are ok! Your post triggered me to update my will. Pap, I too had a procedure done on my lower back that went south. My younger son has many good memories from fishing and boating. I will split the boats and equipment with both sons. Hopefully, they will become L.O.U. members, and see what equipment is selling for, what to keep, etc. Maybe they can help someone not so fortunate, into entry level of fishing/trolling. I guess it comes down to sentimental value. You certainly can't put a price tag on that. Besides, like I told them both:"I have never seen a fully rigged boat being towed behind a hearse......or an armored truck following it." Stay warm and healthy this winter! Steve..........

Burrows....9s! Holy Toledo! Ya got seat belts in that? That would definitely fall under a "small craft warning!" It's good to have you here talking about it. Steve.......

...and thanks to Sk8man for the site! Steve.........

Thanks PSII, even with my limited computer skills, it was a breeze to re-register. Thanks, Steve..........

As stated above a 19 footer(sea Nymph) with an outboard, deep V-Hull design. Try and hook a ride on a few boats before buying one. Steve......

The way I see it, is Government paranoia, greed and control. As Gambler stated, this is a large stepping stone to eventually disarm Americans (NRA-Law abiding Americans.) The best way to control a population that you have screwed, Misrepresented, lied to, etc. is to take away their right to protect themselves. And, against who? Who is or are our real intruders-enemies? Gambler and others are right! We will eventually become "bait and shoot." By drug infested free phone carrying low-lifes and PARANOID individuals----enter GOVERNMENT! Stick around....The rest of our Constitutional Rights will be on the line, as well. Freedom? Maybe for the crack heads and other misfits of society that we have to carry, and the Government can't control! Yeah, let more of these misfits (ANIMALS) back out of prison, to kill again! Ignore the crack babies running the streets, shut down more mental health and drug re-hab centers that employ GOOD AMERICANS to deal with these sick individuals! All to further line the pockets of top heavy over paid elected officials! My BP is rising.....thanks for reading. Steve..........

Totally Unnecessary
PennYan20 replied to highnoon12's topic in New York Fishing Reports - Lake Ontario (South Shore)
I used to dock at Lighthouse Marina. Nice place, good docks and when I had a need for some "sudden comfort", there was a porta John in the back of the place. Steve................. -

Sounds good, John. It's an inboard engine. ph. Steve @723-6297 -
Hi, all! I need a Charter Captain to drive my 28 foot Penn Yan from the Genny to Lake Breeze Marina in Oak Orchard. Would like to get it there as soon as possible. I am disabled and cannot make the long haul. I will gladly give you a ride from the Oak back to Roch. Cost? What's your pleasure? Thanks! Home:723-6297
