  13. we run both the x4 and sub troll. one thing i did noticed is the fish hawk down speed is .5 faster then sub troll. both temps are on the money though.
  14. If you just starting out the magda pro's would be a good start. I had them an burnt them up. drag and clickers are no good after 2 yrs. Like sean said your better off buying a better quality. The convectors, the cold water reels also from okuma, and the diawia 47 are good dependable reels for a little bit more money.
  15. kelly green with yellow ring work great for me. a lot of days that color out performs my side with the blacks
  16. Ive been running the 44 for a couple of yrs now and love them. There are days when i will run 4 boards on each side of the boat. Reeling in the boards in can be a pain in the butt, but deploying is easy once you get it figured it. One thing i do suggest is to put 3ft pcs of 30lb mono between the copper and power pro where the board is attached. With the waves on lake o there is a lot of stress on the power pro eventually the line will break and losing all your equipment is costly.
  17. awesome job sean, terry, terry and hunter. its always a blast when we are on the lake. the best part is when hunter was yelling "welcome to the show" with every fish we netted and landed today.
  18. happy birthday larry. hope you have a good day.
