I had that problem with a Mag10A , Ray K. said it could be the motor housing and it was , craked/broke at the motor piviot point. When I got the new housing I order Mag 10's .................not the same but I still have them. If that's the problem it would be easyier to switch the motor than the housing.......IMHO .....

Nice going , I fish there last yera but didn't make it back this year..............man what a TON of trees in there. I was hooked up good had stuff down 90' and 100'..............luck out got every thing back...............never went deeper that 30' after that and probe only got wet when it rained............

No problem Andy I stayed on the bank , it got real nasty later on.............maybe it was a good thing we didn't go...............we be shuting camp down here soon not sure if I'll get back out..........those landlock are strung out all along the west side from Long Point down past Starky Point. The only time I'd go back thru a area was when I hooked up a keeper, they are in from 90+ to over 300' FOW..............

Seneca 10-09-2010 Fished alone today from 10ish till 2:30 pm went 12 for 16 only one laker all the rest landlocks. Lost a good one at the boat other than the one I boxed they were all small a few 10"er but most were around a foot to 13". I unhooked all of them in the water today I just was hurting too many with my big paws trying to get the hook out while in my hand. This worked real well today...........only picked up one fish deep every thing else came off the sliders............running 82' down and 72' feet down ......mixed vegie and a small Savant spoon were pretty even but the Savant had both good landlocks..............this one was just over 20" female with next years eggs in her.............

Hoot and I went down to Lodi Point about 9:30 ish and just got back in about 6:30ish. Went about 20+ for 25 or so 14 to 16 landlock one legal laker a dink brown and a dink rainbow..............only two of the landlocks were legal and we lost one of them at the boat..........east side was jammed up with weeds fished the west side above showboat north picked up 4 small salmon. We got above Long Point and that was jammed up with weeds so we went south........found the hot spoon and I landed two at a time with the slider................mixed vegie on the slider and a blue/yellow/white Savent spoon was on fire.......61' , 72' and 82' down all took fish with the 72' the best 94' to 140' FOW........................went we got south of Saverne the fleas were crazy bad !!!!!!!! .............who would of thought that !!!!!

I just got back in a bit ago , long day put in 10ish pulled last line at 6:30ish.............I have no idea for sure on the landlocks 10 or 12 and lost atleast that many fish or more. Only 2 legal landlocks in the box with a 17" rainbow and a 22" laker. Put back 5 small lakers and lost a legal brown at the net missed and he came off............I then extened the handle......DUH !!!!! ..............I ran all spoons off riggers long leads (35'+) with sliding cheaters small alwife spoons were hot and a mid sized glow alwife. Speed at the ball was right at 2 or a tad below on the moore subtroll............. I didn't look much at the SOG on the GPS but I think it was pushing 2.7 to 3.0..................good luck ..........Oh 72' down and 82' over 100' to 175' FOW both sides...............I didn't do any thing on the east side early went across and changed thing up and had a steady pick ocer there but no size boxed the rainbow on the west side. I came back over fish the same water I fished before with these spoons a wacked them on the east side boxing both landlocks and the laker.................

9-19-2010 Long day on the water fished with buddy from Mass. and his girlfreind from the NAFC hit west side below Long Point , then north of Long Point. Went across just below Samson fished just above Lodi till weeds wacked us then went into slip for a bit. Then motored south below a few miles south of Servern. Lots of weeds troll across lake then worked north pulled lines just south of Lodi when they were all jammed up with weeds..............went 4 for 7 three lakers and a small landlock. Put in around 7:45 am and loaded back up about 6:45 PM. 9-23-2010 Hoot and I gave it a go today about 11ish lots of weeds north of Lodi Point. Worked some deep water then was going to work point area and got jammed up. Worked back out deep and south looking for that cold water that I can't seem to find. Anyway we found a pocket of fish and went 8 for 8. Only two legal fish a landlock at 21" and a laker at 20". Boated 4 more small landlocks , small laker and a small rainbow. We banged the nice landlock first but couldn't find any more like it just the 12"ers.

9-18-2010 On the water about 7ish fished till 11:15 am went 1 for two a small laker about 18" to 20". Fish east side first lots of weeds went across set up in 550' of water and got beat up by the waves. Slid in behind long Point , more weeds work up to the stack area. The best temp I've found in a few days now , but could not get it goings. Pulling the last rod and it was loaded up with the laker.................. .....wheee!!!!! almost back to back sunk-a-rooos.................

Stan and I gave it a go about 2ish today till 5:30 PM. I gave the Lodi area a shot for awhile then went deeper looking for that cold water Hookedup talked about. Troll all the way across the lake never found a COLD hole any where. Work the west side till it was time to come in no , hit , walks or erros...............
