  1. I use one BUT only for spoons I want to put down or just changed out and leave them there till done for the day......not good for running at speed unless you figure out a way to hold them down they will bang against each other.....
  2. I saw it on the news today.....wonder how much damage he did to the fish..............
  3. Still time guys call your ASSEMBLY people !!!!!!
  4. As the bill reads it doesn't go into effect for 1 year from today. So you're still a law abiding citizen...For a year. haha you will still be alright !!!! Magazines that can hold more than seven rounds but not more than ten rounds and are currently possessed will be grandfathered in, but may only contain seven rounds of ammunition.
  5. Congrats Tom . Glad to hear baby & momma are doing good.
  6. IMHO there is a bit of mis-understood info posted ( by me ) on what it was or even is now. First I think this one is easy to clear up if your fishing Cayuga better not keep more than 3 laketrout in your limit. If your fishing Cayuga NOW , today next year you can keep more than one (1) rainbow. Now I think that is the same way it read for Seneca and "Miss" Canandaigua LAKE before the new regs. went in. Lets look at the new regs. Now lots of us read that we can take 5 laketrout , so if you could take 5 laketrout wouldn't that hold true for browns ? Go back to last year.......if what I and some other think is right ........before the regs changed we could take 5 rainbows !!!! If not then we better not figure on 5 laketrout this year................. Ok what do you think !!!!!
  7. Looking at your handy-work on that barn I'm amazed the pictures turned out so GOOD...............

  10. GREAT story thanks for sharing !!!!!!! Yep , good advice goes both ways you never know !!!!
  11. 30# mono would be a better choice IMHO ( fleas)..... it would be fine in the spring but the fleas seem to hang on into the fall. ........ and if youe going to use flasher/fly $15 to $20 worth of hardware would make me a bit antys with only 20#. Buy rod/reel that you can just remove the mono and replace with wire when you feel you want to up-grade...........mono is way more forgiving that wire....... I started with mono and still use it early on , it works but you will have to play with the release on a dipsy to get it JUST right so it will release with 200+' out or do a lot of work bringing it back in. I run slidedivers on my mono rigs not dipsydiver.......... why don't you want to make a downrigger IF you could.......... I use downrigger 90% of my fishing time on the water.......
