Thanks kremer01 , I put a new pot of coffee on had one cup almost gone and Bill was coming over..........his son was still sleeping so we went down with out him.................with the wind out of the north yesterday and out of the south ,south , west today it would be POT-LUCK where the weeds would be..........so I ran across and set up just south of the showboat and headed north..............picked up a small landlock , then a bit later a rainbow , then a 22.5" 4# bow we boxed then one more bow........then a LONG dry spell and finished with a 25.5" laker 4.5#.....all on the same spoon 4 at 61' down and one at 41' down.......in and out of weeds all the time some BIG pods out there......best speed was 2.4 at the ball........72* on top .....down temp was all over the place ......at 61' I had from 58* to 49* and everwhere in between...... one of Bfuller spoons did ALL the fish again not sure of the name it's a green with black dots and glow cup...........

Just check for Bill and his boy , oneone awake over there !!!!! I'll give them till 7am and I'll head out alone...........

Seneca 6/29/2012 Hoot , Kinger and I hit the water about 6ish ran north and to the west side. Set up and trolled north weeds got bad made turn to head back south and picked a landlock up……..then it was a slow pick till 11:30 am when we were back south around the showboat area and called it a day………with 7 for 7 5 bows and two landlocks all on the same color spoon 4 of them at 26’ down and three at 61’ down………. I taked with Bfuller on here the other day and he made some spoons up for me THEN drove in the driveway yesterday to deliver them..............and one of them was the HOT one today !!!!

.....also you could troll letting them hang onto the pole after pike or SMbass !!!! Kids love to hold the rod......

I'm just saying if you want some thing for sure call them first , just like any other place they can run out....................BUT these folks restock unlike some other places..... these small places that do there best to keep what we NEED (want ) are on the top of my list before a chain store like.......well you all get what I'm trying to say !!!!!! Thanks Mike , I'm PM you with what I'm looking for and you can give me a heads up when they get more in......

A buddy of mine stopped over to pick up for me two things that have been blow up on here...............glad I didn't make that long drive over they didn't have either one and not sure when they would.........sorry to hear that the guy that makes them is sick....

I was told $4.30 for a KIT .......OVER $10.00 shipping............I lost it , told the poor guy on the other end where to stick the end cap.............. Thanks anyway !!!

Thanks that could be the color deal it was only in two spots on the west side..................not sure about all the dead fish.....break down small amount of SMBass could very well be spawn.........large perch ???? wasn't spawn over with awhile ago ??? bullhead 10 t0 12 one day and over 20 the next and they were in very bad decay so they were dead for some time !!!!!! not sure that and also just have a gut feel that the brown/green water and these dead fish are NOT connected BUT have no way to prove any of what I have said other than they were dead for a while !!!!! Thanks for all the replies !!!! It's be crazy ruff out there today and yesterday so I have NOT been back out to see what going on now !!!!!

Marknk there are two types of sea fleas ,Spiny Water Flea or Bythotrephes , Fishhook Water Flea or Cercopagis The fishhook are the nastier ones !!!!

I"m not sure and no one has replied , there are LOTS and LOts of dead bullheads with a mixture of smallmouthbass and good size perch AND that green/brown water color !!!!!!!...................I didn't hear any thing about the lympre treatment this year BUT !!!!!!!!!!

6-24 On the water early went to stopping point from the day before and set up trolling north...........wind kept kicking up more and I just could not get good cable angles for a good troll..............but hardheaded me just kept going north just about at Samson it dropped enough so I had good cable angle..............but could not get a rod to move..............pulled every thing up and went across set up and went south...............weedy but fish were much nicer to us..............boated 6 a dink rainbow , 15 " landlock and boxed a 19" rainbow , 21" rainbow , 18" laker and a 29.75" 8# laker........
