  2. As of last fall Raymarine was still repairing or exchanging the older linear drive 1 units. Worth a call to find out if they still are.

  10. Remount the ducer ahead of the props in clean water flow & you should be all set.

  14. Helmet 1st then push it on to the transom is the easiest. It allows you room to secure the clamp better than the other way around too. Be wary of stretching anything, it will slide right on as is and you'll feel the locking ridge slide into place as-well when it's seated.

  17. If it's Mercuiser the 90* fitting pointing down is to vent the cap of moisture, nothing should be or is attached to it.
  18. Or the intake with the amount of rain we've had. Check where the motor cover gaps come in relation to the flame arrestor and you very well might find your problem.
  19. Unfortunately it's a rather common happening, there also rather fond of rubber bellows on I/O boats at times too.
  20. The shift cam won't move to activate the kill switch properly unless the boat is actually in the water, running, with resistance against the prop while shifting.
