  17. From the Smithsonian: Coywolves are Taking Over Eastern North America Coywolves are not 'shy wolves'—they are coyote-wolf hybrids (with some dog mixed in) and now number in the millions People living in Eastern Canada and U.S. are probably familiar with the smart, adaptable wild canine that lives in their forests, neighborhood parks and even cities. What they may not know is that eastern coyotes aren’t true coyotes at all. They might better be known as hybrids, or coywolves. http://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/coywolves-are-taking-over-eastern-north-america-180957141/?no-ist
  18. Yow will be fine. This is my 20th year on Ontario with my Starcraft... 16' 8" deep vee You may want to think about launching in a protected area... Sodus Bay, Fairhaven, Irondequoit bay.... if the lake is too rough, you can fish bass, pike, etc. in the calm water.
  19. Possible coywolf, a crossbreed from Canada, very common in the Eastern US now. There is a very good PBS special available online about their life in and around Eastern US cities...very adaptable animals. Here's a pic from my street in North Greece this fall.... no fear of humans as he wandered the neighborhood.
  20. If you want to come West a bit, check out the fisherman's apartments at the Bay Bridge Sport Shop on Sodus Bay. Daily or weekly rates, boat slips 10 feet away from your balcony http://baybridgesportshop.com/
  21. The second pic looks like the old "billy baroo"...... I don't see it on the website
  22. Flytying, Looking at your photo, the top group of paddle replacements cuts..... the bottom row, looks like a green / blue bubble pattern.... reminds me of a lake trout. What is the name of that color when ordering from your website? Thanks, Jim
  23. F/F, I took a ride along the ponds this morning and stopped at Braddocks. Everything appears frozen over, but still way too early to cut holes. I got bored Saturday morning and finished building your tip downs by myself. They came out so nice, I'm, going to keep one for myself. Maybe you can pick them up next weekend.. U/J
  24. I have the 620, and use the Airmar P66 50/200 khz. transducer. 4 seasons and I still like it. Check Hodges Marine Electronics, I got my best price there....
