i use an NK to make that spoon. It is one of the better spoons for me from may on.

It is a mercruiser 470 with a quadrajet on it. It is a 4 cyl. probably early to mid 1980's. Some people think they are not a very good motor.

chowder, splitshot has been at cayuga lake for the last 8 or 9 days.

i've tried fishing walleye during the day on owasco several times with no luck. it seems the only time i catch any during the day is when i am trolling for trout. i know there is some old timers fishing them during the day with some luck, but they are pretty tight lipped.

I was reading the rules for this derby and it said no pre fishing is aloud. Does that mean i can not fish cayuga lake next week on my vacation? I tried signing up on their web site and it will not let me. Something about their site is down.

I detailed my boat a couple of weeks ago. The blue on the hull was really chalky. I used Meguiars oxidation remover and i worked great. used my random orbital buffer and a WOOL bonnet to apply it. It took all the oxidation off the hull. I used Armada True Wax Sealant and it was easy on and easy off. It is 100% pure canauba wax with UV blockers. I have carpet on my floor of the boat. I had a few stains that i could not get out for years. I used Shout stain remover and scrubed it in, let it sit for 15 minutes and hosed it off. Stains gone.

how long do you boil the taters and how long for the trout?

i bought my subtroll in 1995 or 1996 and it is still running great. i would go with a ST or a DR both seem to work good.
