    I usually start by drifting threw an area. If it is good I will drift it again. If I find a small area that is hot I will throw a bouy out and come back and anchor there. If I am in an area I do not fish often I will use my ff to look at an area. Which lake are you interested in learning.

    Double glow white spiny, blue tape/ glow tape white spiny and a silver pro troll. All were 8 inch.

    went to port ontario and launched out of pine grove. we ended up 7 for 7, five mature kings and 2 cohos. everything was caught on a flashers and powder blue / hammer flies from 90 - 111 feet down. our best depth of water was 115-120. it was a great day to be on the lake.

    For Sale a 2005 StarCraft Islander 221. It is in very good shape and is a dry boat that runs great. It comes with a custom soft top that is 6' 6" tall. It has a new drop curtain a tonneau cover and a heavy duty snap on travel cover. It has a 3 liter Volvo engine and Volvo outdrive. The engine and outdrive are serviced yearly by Hank at L&M Marine. The boat comes with: Sub Troll Garmin gpsmap 392 with.a eastern us card Furuno fcv 587 with a p66 transducer - both new this year. Standard Horizon Titan + ship to shore radio Lenco electric trim tabs Sport Pilot Plus AutoPilot Navman Depth Sounder at the back of the boat 3 - Cannon Mag 10a with telescoping booms. 2 Interstate Batteries - both are new in the last 16 months. Perco Switch. 2- triple deck mount tite loks The boat sits on a tandem axle trailer that has 4 new Good Years and surge brakes. The boat is kept in the Syracuse area and can be seen by appointment $17000.00

    set up in 100 fow. worked northwest to 350. turned around and did a 8lb king in 260fow on a silver streak caramel dolphin mag spoon 100 down. worked into 130 and didn't see much. turned north again and did a small coho on the 64 ft rigger on a dw gator spoon. that was it for the morning. called it quits at 1130.

    How long is it and does it have any markings on the other side. Nk used to have a light series (not sure if they still do) that used a dumped blank.

    My power pro dipseys have mono backing and 300 yards of 30# line. I do not use the power pro dipsey rods much. My wire line dipseys do most of the work. There is something about the wire that makes it much more productive than power pro.

    I gave up on clear dipseys many years ago. the screw holes strip easy and I could not get the release tension to stay were I set it. love the idea of a clear dipsey but they suck
