I don't know what it is about the stingray size but it catches a lot of fish.

I will give south shore a try if the winds are kind.

I was thinking about heading there sunday am. i haven't been on Oneida in 3 years. can i launch my 22 islander at south shore? last time i was there we had trouble putting it back on the trailer, it was very shallow.

All are good choices. I run a lot of stinger stingray size and they catch lots of fish. The stingray size does hold up pretty good too. One spoon that I have been buying more and more of is dream weaver. They have some nice patterns that catch fish. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

If you want to take your wife and kids I would go to Cayuga lake. Call Scott fletcher he owns blue moon charters. Cayuga does not get very rough so everyone would be comfortable and captain Scott catches lots of fish. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

The guy that catches the fish keeps it. As far as an undersized fish or over the limit, I am the captain of the boat and it is my responsibility to make sure all laws are followed. I would get the ticket unless someone lied about the measurement of a fish then I would tell DEC what happened and they would give the ticket to them. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
