Hook, Line and Sinker, I think they still sell bait. It's at the can redemption center on the south end, I think it's on the corner of route 89 & 79.

The spoon bite has been good this year, black & purple, green & silver. I haven't used alot of flasher and flies so far. Will be there this week so I'll shoot you a pm on anything different.

Now it's starting to get alot better with the fleas and weeds starting to disappear. In the last week or two I've found fish much larger than in years past(lake trout) and the class of Silver fish this year hasn't been bad at all. Should see some large fish weighed in for Barney and Bears Fall derby.

Had alot of good comments and great support from the Lansing Community Council and the Lansing Parks and Recreation Department. The Council will start advertising for this event in Jan, As alot of people in the area said they did not know it was going on. So look for it to grow in the years to come. Thanks Scott
