    Junk floating all over, all different sizes. common sense would dictate speed, this weekend there was very little common sense. Really surprised if the repair shops don't have a waiting list.

    Yes, as long as you run them on the same axle and the circumference is the same. Have run them for a few years this way and will continue to do so till the bias ply wear out. Just make sure both sets are properly inflated.

    Water level controlled by the locks at the north end of the lake.

    Last I saw there was Ice from shore to shore at Taughannock, so even if the bubbler was working when you got to the lake you weren't going any farther till late March or Early April
