  11. Seen this up for sale on another site, used for Saltwater, was wondering myself if it would work. I see you can buy different lenghts and weights. I'll have to find the site again the prices were dirt cheap.
  12. You can get 700+ feet of 30lb copper on a dm45, less than 500 ft of45lb with no backing. The reels are made by Okuma and will last if taken care of, but the rods will not take the abuse of the heavy wire. They break!!!!!

  14. Have an 87 with the 120 hp 4 cylinder, changed the prop and although it only tops out about 30mph it comes up on plane fine with a load. Remember it's a fishing boat not a speed boat.
