Andy, Fishing is never challenging, it's the catching part that is sometimes.

Tom, First off I don't fish the KOTL or the Pro-Ams, but I was planning on doing one or two of the opens this year. But now I won't compete in any of these derbies. How do these people that run things think? Would they donate or sponsor a team without any promotional consideration, I think not. How will these events survive with no sponsorship? If I had a business I'd do the same as you Tom. Thanks for what you've done for the sport in the past, present and future. Scott

Didn't put any fish on the board for Barney and Bear's derby but we sure did put alot of fish in the boat. Fished for browns mostly on the south end, tons of small salmon. We did head north for a few hours of laker fishing. All of our lakers came off the Bigweenie vibrator flies behind a Pro Troll. Can't wait to give these more time in the water. Not a good idea, if I'm not mistaken tires on trailers have to be labeled "for trailer use only" An individual I know thought the same thing, bought nice chrome wheels and some white lettered tires for his trailer and was stopped in NYS and ended up parking the trailer till he got the right tires on it.
