Andy, I plan on being there by Wednesday before the derby to get camp set-up. (and do a little perch fishing for our Friday night Fish Fry ) Park is going to open on Wednesday the 12th. I was up yesterday and they haven't got the sea wall done so the boom is still at the entrance to the lake. No dredging of the creek till this Fall. (Red Tape) Scott

Mark, August 14th will be the First Annual Lansing Harborfest Derby so if you want to schedule that as a Cayuga date it would make for some added prize money. I run my wire with no snubbers, (used To) But found better hook-ups without. I let my dipsys out with the drag and not freespool. When I get the amount of line out that I want, I'll set the drag so that it clicks on a turn then a hair more and leave it. Have found that this method works better for me than using snubbers. When I did use snubbers I used the clear ones from Opti Tackle. Splitshot115
