  2. Jointed sticks off the riggers in the dead of summer has its days. I use the small jointed fire tiger colored rapals up to the J-9's of various colors. Like I say there are days you can't beat them. Splitshot115
  3. What Tourney?
  4. Thanks for the tip Gill-T. It's going to be on the trailer though. Splitshot115
  5. Chowder, I sometimes tow mine with the top up BUT, I'm only going from Myers to Long point and not going 55 or 60 mph usually don't go over 45. I don't think the support poles would take the draft of a 18 wheeler going in the opposite direction at 60 or 70 when your doing about the same. It probably would depend on the height of your top and how much air would get inside. Splitshot115
  6. Nice boat and great set-up Sean. Splitshot115
  7. I bought some DM45's when I started, still have them and they still work good. By the way they are made for Cabelas by Okuma so if you need parts you can get them from Okuma. The only thing I've had go wrong on one of them was the drive pin for the winder, it wore out do to using it for copper. Splitshot115

  13. When I called Johnson Outdoors about a plug end for aMag 10 they transferred me to a Cannon authorized repair center. While talking with them he told me to go to a electric supply place and get a 14 awg type furnace cord. (the ones with the extra insulation) He said they're the same thing. Beats spending $50 plus shipping. Splitshot115
