  1. 59.6 degrees at 110 foot, 66 on the surface.
  2. Left the Marina at 5:30 AM and started trolling in 100 fow west of port. Hit our first salmon 75' down over 140 fow. Continued trolling to West Oswego dunes in 140-160 fow. Caught another on the 55 foot down-rigger and another on the 75' down-rigger. Dipsey fired at 65' and that was it for awhile. Later in the morning the dipsey at 100' screamed and a rigger at 130' down went off. All in all we went 6 for 10...all kings. Two of these Salmon were around 20 lbs. Finished up around 1 PM with our 2 man limit.
  3. This is a very large tackle box.It has 4 bat wing pull out trays and can store a lot of lures and fishing equipment. Asking $40 + buyer to pay shipping from 13440.
  4. Here is a 3 tray tackle organizer with a top compartment. It is in very good condition. I used it to store fly tying supplies in it until the supply collection out grew this box. Asking $25 + buyer to pay shipping from 13440.
  5. All Reels are SOLD!
  6. I have one of just about each color I’d be willing to sell. I’ll have to go to the boat and dig them out.

  8. If I remember "Wright" they are open until October 1.
  9. Fished yesterday. Found cold water down 45-50 feet. Trolled from 60 fow to 450 fow. Lumpy (waves 2-3') almost all morning. Managed a nice Steelie and 3 Kings...no size to them. Fish marks were scarce. Hopefully conditions will stabilize this week.
  10. Fished Wednesday August 23. Went 5 for 8, nothing over 15#. Temp was down 110' so with blow back the 130' rigger was our best performer with the Carbon 14 spoon. F/F also worked as did one dipsey set back 350' on a #3 setting. Good luck to everyone fishing the LOC derby!

  12. Fished Wednesday in overcast and monsoon rains. Went 1 for 3. Overall other fishing boats out of Wright’s had a slow day as well. It can only get better….maybe.
  13. Thanks for the reply, however I found the rods I was looking for a little while back.
  14. There were only 5 kings weighed in at the ELOSTA picnic/derby. The biggest was 16#. Slow fishing for most all that went out yesterday morning.
  15. We fished yesterday out of Oswego. Went 4 for 6. Rigger with a Mag frog down 65' did most of the damage. No bites on F/F or meat. 140-160 FOW was where our action was. Slid out to 350' without a bite. Lots of marks down about 70 ft. We will be ready to try it again this weekend!
  16. I work in Rome, NY and dock in Oswego. Can ship for actual postage cost.
  17. I have one Penn 340 and two 345 reels for sale. All are in great shape and haven't seen much use. I used them to troll with copper. Originally purchased for as much as $370.00/reel. They have never seen saltwater. Each reel will come with a rod clamp and reel wrench. PM me to set up shipping/payment arrangements. Prices are as follows: Penn 340 $200 + shipping Penn 345 $225 + shipping
  18. We fished out of Oswego on Saturday and Monday during the Memorial Weekend. Saturday we targeted Browns in the 20-60 fow range and caught one on Stinger Spoon. Later in the morning we slid out to 100-120fow looking for Kings and had one on and it came unbuttoned. Monday we fished from 60 to 250 fow. Had best marks 25 to 65 feet down in 140 fow. Caught one nice Steelie on a dipsey running around 50' down. Fished a spread of Stingers and Stingray spoons in the deeper water and small spoons in shallow. . It was dead calm for most of the day. Hardly any fishing boats, scattered bait pods. Anybody else have a better report?
  19. I have 2 hydraulic cylinders…on on the kicker and one for the rudder. I switch from main engine to the kicker with a valve switch. The pump is a Up Helm unit. This system seems to be unique but it works for my boat. The only hiccup is the Raymarine autopilot that will make steering difficult due to it’s inherent design.
  20. I am looking to upgrade my autopilot from a Raymarine XR-5 helm unit to a below deck unit. I have a 350 Chevy Inboard and an 8 hp Yamaha kicker. Hydraulic steering which has a hydraulic switch that can change the steering from rudder to kicker. 26’ Penn Yan, 10’ beam. I’m not looking for cheap, looking for reliability and longevity.
  21. Here is a clean tackle box organizer manufactured by Plano. Includes the 3 tackle trays. Insured USPS shipping from 13440. $50 + shipping.
  22. I use the 9’ for browns as well. However, I have a full compliment of them. Thanks for the reply!
  23. Do you want to sell them MikeyP?
