    It is based out of Mikes Marina, capts meeting is at 600 tomorrow night at mikes east side marina. If you go to their website, under the events section, you will find the rules, and I believe u can print out the reg form.     Yes you can make a segmented copper, the only problem you might run into is depending on how much braid you splice in before next section of copper. First you will need a bigger reel, plus if you use a short section of braid between, then you will letting copper out to get board out to the side. The copper will drag in the water do to the weight, unless you run 100' sections of braid in between, just something to think about. Good Luck!!     The finger is the piece of structure that runs west of Stony point Lighthouse. Look on your GPS maps, and you will see it. Great place to get Pelagics this time of year, off the edge of the wall.
