Do yourself a favor and go no less than a High thrust 25. I put one on last year, have a 29'aquasport express, this motor does an incredible job. I was trolling into 5-6' seas with no problems. Not sure Glen, but had 4 within 1 year use and 1 of those out of the box. Terrible!!! To say the least, puts a bad taste in your mouth when you spend that amount on a reel for it to have junk drags.
