My search is finally over. I bought a '96 Islander 221 4.3L I/O yesterday. I take delivery on Friday and I couldn't be more excited. I feel like a little kid at Christmas. A most heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone for all the help. Hope to see you all on the water this year.

Thanks Ron. I'm ninety percent sure I've got a 22' on the line. I'll be sure on Wed. when I go take a look at her. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thenks Well, that one fell through. Now I gotta find a 19 footer around here to look at before I take a ride out to Michigan to take a look at the one on GLA.

That bisque is pretty good. I've made that before and served it over rice and sometimes over toasted french bread. Mmmm, think I'll go make myself a sandwich. Girlfriend's gone home for the night & I'm a gittin hungry. Now where'd I put that hacksaw? I know there's still a piece a rabbit hangin in the tree.

Yeah, it had my heart pumpin till I found out it was only a 19 footer. I've got a 16 now so I want to move up to a 22'. The search continues. Thanks for keeping your eyes open for me, I appreciate it.

I ain't one for much of the glitzy stuff anyways. I'm keeping my eyes open for either a 22' Islander, Crestliner, or Sylvan. If anyone knows of one please pass the info on to me. Thanks

I've got a chance to buy a 22' I/O aluminum hulled boat that is down on Long Island & has been used in the ocean. Can someone give me some insight on what to look for when I go down to look it over. Thanks

That's why I did it. @ Ray, I drink Labatt's so does that mean I have a better chance at getting some of those big Canadian kings that Skeiner is always catching? Good responses so far. There's more to it than folks think. Thanks

I was wondering if you run everything the same distance behind the ball when you run: Dogder & Fly? Spoon? Stickbait? I know it varies, but I'd like a starting point for this year. Last year wasn't very productive running everything 12-15 behind the ball. Thanks
