Finally a break in the weather. Headed out @ 3PM to do some eye fishing with Dennis, Kate, & Kristian who helped with my little boat restore this past winter. Dennis & Kate in one boat & Kristian & I in mine. Kristian hooked up about 15 min. after launch with a nice 25" incher. Caught on a florescent green worm harness in about 20' of water. Next it was my turn with an eater size 19" then 2 smaller eater size fish. Missed one other that felt like it had shoulders, but lost it before getting to the boat. Kristian landed a 14" that went back to mamma. Ended the day with 4 keepers for the frying pan. Dennis & Kate ended the day with 1 nice Northern, 1 eye, & one nice perch. Fished till about 9 & headed home to clean the catch.

I bet there was a little celebrating on the red dock when ya got back. Hope to see ya up there soon Pete & the rest of the guys. Sure glad the fishing wasn't that baaaaaaad.

You can still ask a question though, and some folks will answer thru your thread or may opt to send you a "Private Message". All questions are usually answered in a timely manner. We encourage sharing of comments, fishing reports, and photos of your catch.
