Yup. Not to mention I see far less lamprey scars on bows then browns, landlocked salmon and Lakers.
They admitted it.in the spring state of the.lake meeting last year. They also said they didn't treat due to lack of funds. I live on the lake, I run charters on the lake and I fish the tribs hard all fall. It's a huge problem. There are very few browns and salmon left and the Lakers size is off by over 30%.

Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Use 50lb mono for leaders. Flouro doesn't have much stretch. Less break offs. Use flouro for the fly leaders.

Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app

They sien the alvens in the spring as they return to their growing rivers. They are born in the ocean and then return to their rivers to live and grow to adulthood.
The guys I met were getting 2 to 5 thousand a pound in the Japanese market. They are cut throat types and only a few licenses are granted. I believe the season lasts only a week or 2.
The Cayuga lampreys are killing our fishing. The DEC better get this problem solved. I don't want to hear anymore excuses.

Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app

With out seeing it, t falls launch is 50/50. The ice at the south end is up further then I have seen it in many years and it was very cold. I have been there when there is just a narrow passage at the launch after a big cold snap.

Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Dave I have a t top but I also have a Todd storage unit installed and.there.is an accessory to mount electronics from above. My radio, GPS and my old fish hawk 840 are mounted on it. So it's a no brainer where it goes. I just can't mount it upside down like the other stuff due to the mounting bracket with the x4.

Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Lake Ontario United mobile app
