I received a letter today from the L.O.C.B.A to become a member. I was wondering how I can get the guys I fish with on the mailing list. $15 a year to help the pen rearing projects is well worth it. I know they got my address from being in the pro am. Any info would be appreciated

yeah these were not the accudepth plus reels. Due to replace my other wire reel I will have to try the Accudepth plus.

Went from the daiwa accudepth to the shimano tekota 600lc last year. it is a more expensive reel but so far I am very impressed it. Well I guess for that type of money i better be impressed. I run all Daiwa's on the downriggers but have not had good luck with the wire reels, went through 2 accudedepths in 1 year.

man I can't wait until the season starts. Spring we will usually run as many rods as we can, 4 downriggers/boards and depending on how deep the fish are 2 slide divers/dipseys or wire along with some cheaters. One of are most productive spoon in the spring for us is a silver NK 28 dL with a red treble hook. In the summer I have started to run less and it seems to be more productive. Last year we ran 3 riggers with 1 rigger typically being high in the water column and 2 wires and caught more fish. Green krinkle fly caught more fish than all my fly's put together. Besides buying the new Penn yan last year the best purchase was the shimano tekota 600lc wire reel. Plan on buying a few more this year

it will depend on what exactly you want the surveyor to do. If you want a sea trial and a compression check you are going to pay more but it is well worth the money for the peace of mind it gives you. for my 26ft penn yan I paid $450 and received a very detailed report.

nice final report. Nothing like having a last day on water like that. i was out Thursday but did not have much luck, we hung in tight for awhile, went out to 100 fow and had 1 ripper on the green krinkle fly on the wire but that was it. lost the probe so was blind to what speed and temp I had out there. If you see my cousin Chuck R at work give him a slap for me.

I just recently upgraded my boat and used five star bank. They do up to 100% financing and the process was easy with very little documentation.

Missdemeanor, i talked to bullseye and he lost a Daiwa sealine with a ugly stick rod.

Billy V, you have to get yourself a noodle rod or centerpin and steelhead fish the streams all winter long. Get's me through the winter.

Missdemeanor, I know Bullseye lost one a few weeks ago. Not sure how far out he was. I will ask him.

Have not yet fished the Genny this fall. Launching tomorrow. A lot of staged fish? Not sure if it is worth staying in shallow or head out deep. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the info yesterday we made it to 400 fow and did see a lot of hooks and bait. Went 0 for 2. Only fished that depth for 30 miutes or so. Going to pull the boat next weekend and start combat fishing the Genny.

I think it just the fishing has been a little tough the past couple times out. Fished Port Bay Sunday evening and had 1 release. The screen was pretty blank with occasional bait. Should of known with the NE wind.

Danjr, the boat is in port bay. regarding the hours there is no hour gage on the boat so it would be hard to say. I can tell you we have had compression checks done on the engine and have had a lot of preventitive maintenance done. I posted the pictures above. If interested let me know and we can set something up

Danjr, I will post some pictures soon. The engine is a 4.3 liter 175 hp. The outdrive is a mercury. Good crusiing speed at about 30.

forgot to mention this includes trailer and 3 canvas's. Need to sell quickly.
