  1. Here it us right on the DEC website that must have been updated this morning as it said only two lines around 10 am. http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/33067.html [ Post made via iPhone ]
  2. I would like to thank everyone that was involved as well. I am a catch and release fisherman that sometimes only has one other person aboard. I would never run 12 lines if there were four on board but will like the option to run 6 if there's only two on board. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  3. I was just curious if anyone has sent any emails to the DEC yet. If not who do you think I should contact for verification that they know, and if it is currently ok to do so. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  4. How do we make sure the DEC officers know this so I don't get ticketed this weekend? [ Post made via iPhone ]
  5. I think as long as you stick to two rods per person you should have no problems. So if there are two on board with lic. Only run 4 rods and so on. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  6. I know of a bass tourney fished out of I bay last week and the winning bag was over 25lbs. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  7. I think I fished that very slick this past weekend off Rochester. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  8. I would say about 40-45 [ Post made via iPhone ]
  9. I really don't care how long it takes as long as it gets passed [ Post made via iPhone ]
  10. Brown for sure [ Post made via iPhone ]
  11. 25.00 minimum, 200.00 maximum [ Post made via iPhone ]
  12. I think Shumway marine also does dry docking on the genesee river. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  13. I have a 55 bow mount with pedal assembly, how new I don't know. It looks like an upgrade on my 1998 bass boat. It's a motorguide cable driven pedal assembly. [ Post made via iPhone ]
  14. I think most of the manufacturer websites list service locations on all of their sites.
  15. I have a 12ft aluminum I am looking to part with. It is an old sea nymph, no leaks. It has an old johnson 6 horse and a trailer, need to sell it all though.
  16. The rotor anchor is priceless! Sure can be fun to cast for those browns isn't it.
  17. Well it depends on if the bearing goes in from the outside of the boat or the inside. To do my gimble bearing my motor had to come out. I know a lot of boats that bearing can be changed by just removing the outdrive, but not mine. Maybe someone on here has the same boat as you and would know the answer to that question. If you do not have the know how to remove an engine it can be quite costly.
  18. I have a streamside reel I would be willing to get rid of. It is a loomis copy made by the same company as I understand it. How much are you looking to spend.
  19. I have been up a to oswego a couple times in the past few years and have heard him every single time I have gone up there for the fall derby. I could not believe some of the words/phrases that were coming out of his mouth.
  20. I got him on a hot dog!
  21. I guess you can't argue with 20-30 years of use and only had to replace one switch. I would be more than happy with that. If the new style canons are as fast as the scottys I would buy them in a heartbeat. Hope everything works out for ya. Let us know the response of the corporate office if you would.
  22. I can see why you would be upset over the warranty. I thought being that it is an electric motor it should be repairable. I am also thinking about doing the same thing this winter. My motors seem to be getting a little lazy and the riggers are an older Mag10. I am also very tempted to repair them and then sell them to buy a set of scottys.
  23. I hear you on that. I would look into a local alternator/starter rebuild shop. I have had many electrical motors rebuilt at a 10th of the price of a new one. Dont know if it would work but worth a try.
