  2. If they are mags, I'd still be interested. And you were going to let me know if you had any other NKs in black, mags. Thanks. John
  3. I'll take the 6 black ones at the bottom...pm me please on how you want payment.
  4. Article attached from the Great Lakes Sportfishing Councils' Great Lakes Basin Report. Not too encouraging for our friends on Lake Huron and Michigan. John LakeHuron.pdf
  5. Still on the hunt for the "next" pair of fishing shoes.... I had a pair of Columbia PFG shoes about 5 years ago that were great, comfortable shoes. And of course they don't make that model any more. I have since tries crocs, the boat fishing shoes from Cabelas and a pair of the KVD fishing shoes. All are comfortable to some extent, but after a few days in a row my feet hurt. Also tried the gel heel inserts. Just wondering if any one has a suggestion? John
  6. Chad...how do we or can we add pic or whatever as part of signature?
  7. Did you try on walleye.com? Boats seem to move there, and I sold mine that way last year. Like $100 till it sells.....
  8. I'm sorry....all are sold.
  9. Thanks Joe for all your efforts to continue to improve the show. As we talked about, I don't know how you draw more traffic, but I can tell you (again) that I was disappointed with the lack of coverage our local paper had. John
  10. I know its not a Starcraft, but what about this one here on LOU? 2004 Alumacraft trophy 205 150hp Yamaha
  11. I'm one of the Lake Erie guys that used to be in the LOTSA room, and now are on the main floor. I too noticed the decreased number of tables in the flea market...but really, how do you control that??? I've known Joe Yeager since the mid 80's, and feel that he and the other LOTSA guys do a great job for your fishery. All you can do is promote the show...which they did and let the chips fall where they may. We used to have a similar group here on Lake Erie..and ran a fishing show for years...but the mom and pops went away and it was harder and harder to get vendors. I know first hand how hard it can be. In regards to the seminars...it was posted on the Expo site for roughly 2 weeks prior to the show, so you may want to check that out next year. We moved to the main floor last year, probably like others, because we opted to use the extra days to promote our business. We had a great time in the smaller one day venue in Lockport...but things change, and you roll with it. Much like Legacy...we got to meet lots of great people and talked a lot of fishing....including some with Legacy. I think I'm finally understanding copper, maybe, LOL. Personally, I'm was a bit disappointed with the crowd, especially given the nicer winter weather. It just never seemed to be really "full". I'd be curious what the gate count was compared to last year. Not sure why, and heard several plausible reasons. But we did have a really nice turnout for our seminar, so no complaints there. In talking with guys like Mark Romanek and Jim Hanley, we discussed the fact that we may very well have the best freshwater fishing opportunities in the country. Put a pin on a map of Buffalo, and draw a 100 mile circle around it. Two Great Lakes, Finger Lakes, Chautauqua, countless smaller lakes and trib. Bass, walleye, muskie, salmon, trout, etc, etc,.....pretty much nothing to complain about in that regard. Everyone has to evaluate what they got or didn't get out of the show....and decide if it is worth it for you to attend. I thought it was a pretty nice way to spend a January weekend.
  12. Mentioned to you today that you might want to consider adv on walleye.com. And on Great Lakes Angler message board..... John
  13. Rigger rods are BDC-862M-1; yes they have triangle grip. Also have 2 dispsey rods, those would be $40 each...BDC 1002-MH-1 John

  15. Ron and Gamekilr. Reels are already spoken for. Rods still available. John
  16. I have 4 Convector 30's for sale. Thinking $40 per. These are 3-4 seasons old with minimal use. Also have 2 blue diamonds (old version), 8'6" rigger rods. Very good shape. $35 each. If you want to save on shipping, I have a booth at Niagara Falls and can bring them with me. Selling because I have gradually been shifting over to the Cold Water series. Thanks for looking. John
  17. As you probably know, Z-man stopped producing that particular bait a few years back. There was talk of some issue between Renosky Lures and Z Man, but who knows. They told me it was an issue with the quality of what they were getting. Smaller ones had a tendency to crack where the hook attached to the body and paint was a problem too. At that time, they sold a bunch of inventory to Outlet Bait and Tackle. They don't have any listed on their site anymore, but they may be able to give you someplace to look. There are also a couple on ebay. Couple of years ago there was one summer when it seemed the only bait the walleye would hit was the chattersticks.
