    I agree with the above by RD9 , i havent run enough bay rats to really compare. I definitely upgrade the hooks on the Renoskys. Although my buddy ordered some this week and said they were different than the last time i ordered them. I have never had a renosky out of tune. Bay rats are going to run 2.50 more a bait and i can buy a lot of hooks for that. The paint quality on the Renosky isnt as good buy they catch the heck out of fish. Sound familiar? (michigan stinger spoons) .

    <~~~~~ had a captains license 5 years now.. I don't run any trips. I'm too busy with my other job. I am lucky if I fish trout and salmon 15 days a year. Partially because a walleye addiction. Should I be able to run amateur? Just curious.

    Fished up that way with Todd ( bottom feeder) . we did 4. Three around 6 lbs and one a hair under 11

    I need to replace the latch on my boat, does anyone have any experience with this? How do I remove the old one etc? Any info would be greatly appreciated.     I did some garage tackle cleaning and came across extras and things i no longer need. I want to sell everything in one shot because i am too busy (lazy)to go to the post office lol. 125 for the whole thing. I think there are 11 Sebile Onduspoons that are great brown and salmon baits. I can ship them anywhere at your cost.

    It's definitely all relative. I'd say a 6 pounder out of Oneida is more impressive than a ten out of Ontario

    I mounted my first ever Lake Ontario eye, it was 12lbs and 4 ounces. I was fishing alone out of my 14 ft tinny with a 7.5 johnson outboard. Since then i've got probably 10 over 12lbs and my largest was 13lb 6 oz.. i think if i hit 14 im going to have walter mounted because wilma is lonely. here are a couple pics, i released this fish. This is a reef runner 900, it is bigger than an f-18 rapala
