  1. I've tried different things , but when running double copper off my mast , what's the best methos. Insert some mono between braid backing and the copper? What releases work well enough not to false release. I'd rather have it not release that falsely release. Just curious to what some of you do. Thanks [ Post made via Mobile Device ]

  3. They might not give a trophy or an award for it, but I'm willing to bet we were in the top 10 in fun. Just a good time with some great guys and a few fish cooperated along the way. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]

  5. Kevin, this time of year on the east end is a hit or miss since not many fish can be consistently caught. That all changes come august when the area out from north sandy pond heats up. It is more productive to trailer towards the west. The brown fishing is great now however on this end. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]

  8. Shimano has always been great that's why I only run there stuff. I snapped a 120 dollar walleye trolling rod in my window and called them. Told him in was a 1 piece how do I ship it, he told me to saw it in half with a hacksaw. 6 days later brand new rod no charge other than 8 dollars shipping to get it there. 13. Why don't they just always punch only one side of a gill plate? That would make it easy! Shotout fish get their starboard plate punched. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]

  20. I bought this unit but it's kind of big for my boat It has less than 70 hours on it and I bought the upgraded Quadra Beam Transducer for it. It is a transom mount transducer but If you wanted a through hull you could get one. It comes with everything including GPS and puck, the manual , the ducer. The msrp is 2299.99 and you can see the details on the unit here. http://store.humminbird.com/dyn_prodlist.php?k=271391 It marks fish beautiful and is a very powerful sonar. No more eye strain, it's a 10.4 inch screen and it shows up great in sunlight. Looking to get 1700 for it. Any questions just pm me.
