I was able to figure out how to download the pictures from last night. You can tell whos arms were tired last night Here they are: -
Went out with Wolf tonight. The Kings are starting to make there presents known in the Eastern portion of the lake Wolf was setting up the first rigger and no sooner did he get it down to 65 ft, it fired off. We ended up netting a nice 19#'er. It got better on out. We ended up going 5 for 5. They were in the range of 23lb, 20lb, 19lb, 16lb, and a skipper. Everything came in the range of 65ft - 85ft/110ft - 120 ft. The popular choice of bait tonight was a Spin Doctor(any type of green) with green flies. Wolf, sorry i tried to upload the files, but photobucket kept failing on me. I will try to post some pict's tomorrow.

Graphs, Suggestions

Fosterm22 - I have the LMS339 model. It seems every spring time I have issues with it working properly. This year I posted a question on here and received great feedback. Try doing what Skipper19 suggests. I would recommend trying a soft reset first, because you don't lose your waypoints. This worked for me. You other option is to call Lowrance, but be prepared to sit on hold for a loooooooonnnnnnnnggggggggg time -
Well, I was fortunate and tried the soft reset, It worked I want to thank everyone for offering up suggestions! Let just say I'm really not excited to ever have to deal with the manufacture. I tried to call first thing yestarday morning to see if I could get through. I received a message saying "They cannot answer my call now, they are at a meeting or inclimate weather". I received that message until 12:30 our time. At 1:00, I was able to get through, but then I was put on hold. After 40 minutes I hung up   Like I mentioned above, I was lucky that mine was a simple fix! Good Luck fishing to all this season
-
Thanks for the help. I'm going to try and do the Soft/Hard reset to see if it takes care of it. If not, i will check the wiring to see if my voltage is bad. I have been trying to call Lowrance all morning. I finally got through to be put on hold

Took my boat out for the first time last night. Turned on my lowrance LMS-339, and I can only get my GPS to work :x I tried to select the Pages(button) to bring up the menu option to select sonar, but it only beeps. The menu(buttons) and all others seem to be working. Any ideas on what this could be? Or can anyone tell me if there is somewhere local I can take this, or does it need to go back to the manufacture? Any info is much appreciated!

Last year i bought a new(used) boat. It came with a deck washdown pump. It didn't work, looked like it was not winterized at all. I bought a new one this year and works great. My question is what do u need to do to winterize the pump before i put it in storage? Can i just disconnect the hoses to the pump, or should i take it completely out and store inside?

Stainless Steel props can go from $300 on up. Take a look at Overton's web site, they sell them. In my opinion, I would consider Stainless more for high performance use. Needless to say what areas will u be using the boat? If u are running in areas notorious for shallow waters, then an aluminum prop is more forgiving on the lower unit if u hit bottom. Aluminum is also less on your wallet to fix

Hopefully you can carry your luck over to Wednesday night and take Ring Leaders $$$$ I won't be able to make out this week, heading to the cottage for a couple days. -
I need to put new line on a few of my Flies/Meat Rigs. Looking for what brand and pound line people use. Any help is appreciated!!!
-
Went out last night with a couple buddies of mine. Ring Leader was MIA last night Time Out and Wolf were out with there crews to see who could take the biggest fish for the $$$$. We started out slow but picked up with two kings that were 14 and 16LBs. It slowed again for us as we were making our last turn before coming in and had a 21LB take off. That fish made us miss the 9:00 weight in time We have been very fortunate the last two weeks to leave the winners!!! All three fish were taken in the 110 - 120 feet deep anywheres from 65 - 80 down. Two were on NK-28's and the third was on meat!! Alot of fun fishing with/against the other crews! Remember the kings are getting hard jaws, so make sure those hooks are SHARP :!: :!: :!:
-
Went out last night with Ringleader. Wolf took his crew out and fished along side of us. Sounds like the young Buck on his crew cost them a couple fish!!!Started out in front of Ginna, but there wasn't any action. We headed East toward Pultneyville. There we hooked up with two Kings(11 & 16lbs). They both came on the same setup(nk black/white ladderback) in 65/100FOW.
