I trailer my boat everywhere from Oswego to Wilson and have never taken the top down. Im not saying that I will never have a problem, but in the last 6yrs of doing it, I haven't.

Fleas arent a problem until July. Your probably going to want to run Stinger thru mag sized spoons for the kings. You may want to bring the scorpion size spoons and do some Walley on the Bars shoals

They should be tight on the shoreline under 15' of water. You wont get much out past that this time of year. If the water was real clear they were probably there just a little shy of the boat. They have been getting hit pretty hard around bear creek by all the boat traffic

Fished Sodus Sunday afternoon and ended up with about 80 keepers between the two of us. All but two of the females were spawned out. Fish were caught in about 12-15' of water. The perch should be heading back to the lake any day now as they were caught around the no wake bouys. Thats probably it for us with the perch until september.

He didnt have to buy that old stuff and hes got a lot more. There is just about everything there. Its really cool to see so much in one spot.

You can launch at rt 14 and Margaretta rd. There is a state launch there. You may be able to launch at in the point at Abes tackle shop in the point. He is straight across the ball field from the pit stop gas station. Im not sure if you can still launch at the coast gaurd station which is on the west side of the channel. Hope this helps
