    5200 is an adhesive and sealer. 4200 is just a sealer.

    36" has worked for me.

    12 or 16 ounce thumper weights will work. Make sure you use a keel in front of it to keep it from twisting up.

    Cowbells work best off downriggers. They can be pulled behind divers and on thumper rigs with success. They really hinder the dive capabilities of a diver though.

    The DSR doesn't bother me one bit. Plenty of access on other parts of the Salmon River. Trout are catch and release. If someone wants to pay that kind of money, let them.

    With the slobs the fall salmon runs attract, I wouldn't want them on my property.

    Its not the marina, its the creek. The Parkway bridge can be an issue with most bigger boats.

    IF you want to win the Sandy Creek Shootout, your chances of winning are better if you are docked at this marina. Only three wins have come from different ports / marinas.

    If the hose pressure wouldn't make it pee, I would check for a plug in the line. I have had spiders make nests in the outlet house and it gets plugged.

    They are predicting it to be above average. A lot of the snow we have received has been from storm systems not lake snows. We are already sitting above average for lake level. It was low last year, plan on a high water year this year.

    I will be there with my Gambler Rigs. Hopefully all of my new for 2022 will be in stock. Spin N glo rigs are ready just waiting on Death Trap blades!

    May at the Niagara bar is the easiest time to concentrate on Coho.

    I don't eat lakers. All the big ones we weigh in the LOC get given away to people that eat them. One person I give them to boils them for cat food. As for lamprey fighting better than lakers, Billy is dreaming! Catch a 34lb laker see what you think of lakers not fighting!

    The weather even sucks for ice fishing. Deep snow and slush on top makes for rough conditions.

    You might not get many responses in the ice fishing section. You might want to try the This old boat section instead.

    Closest pickerel fishing is Canadice, Hemlock or Honeoye. I have fished Ibay for 25 years and never have seen a chain pickerel caught.

    Fished Braddock Bay yesterday. Slow pick on pike and perch. Iced one 35" pike,2 26" pike and three 10-11" perch. Ice was 5-6".
