First picture is a scape that appeared next to my stand. The second pic is of a very impressive scrape.

October 18 am 38 degrees NE wind 5 mph Clear skies Crisp and cold Apparently I pick the wrong tree this morning. Very quiet morning. Spook one deer walking in and spook one deer walking out. This past cold front has certainly changed the deer woods. I saw a total of six scapes walking out this morning including one literally at the base of my stand. It's not just scapes popping up every where but also rubs. I saw a handful of new rubs today also. The deer woods is on the verge of chaos!!! Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
October 17 pm 47 degrees Partly cloudy Occasional rain NW wind 10-20 mph with gusts 35+ Crazy windy this afternoon and that's my blame for the lack of deer sighted. I saw four fresh scapes on the walk in so that was a good sign for things to come. Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
October 15 am 50 degrees South wind 5-15 mph Cloudy Rain and front approaching Three first rack bucks at dawn would be it from the stand this morning. Two of them met up and did some sparring. Which was pretty cool to watch. Lots of activity near the stand including two scapes and rub that I just noticed today. Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
October 14 40 degrees SW wind 5 mpg Party cloudy Perfect morning for mid October. All if today's action happened right at daybreak. Four does and fawns, a buck (that I couldn't identify), and a gobbler. Two fairly active scrapes within shooting distance of the stand. Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
The critters are active this morning. Birds, squirrels, Chipmunks, turkeys, and dont forget the deer. Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
October 13 pm 54 degrees SW wind 5-10 Partly cloudy First goose egg of the year. I gotta assume you the landowner driving through the woods during primetime didn't help much. Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
All settled in for the afternoon. My kid is out here also so I can only hope for some action for him. I am in the stand I moved two days ago. It took a lot to convince myself but I am very happy I moved this stand. Much easier approach, much easier to get into, line of sight is better, more importantly it is perfect for a south, SW, or west wind. Sent from my XT1585 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
