  1. So as an Okuma guy I run Okuma Convector CV-30DS. I use the high speed models and I find them great for wire. Convectors are all I run and are a work horse for me. https://www.fishusa.com/Okuma-Convector-Linecounter-Reels/ With that being said the Saltist is a great reel and you wont be disappointed.
  2. Limited seating left. If you plan on attending you better jump on it now before tickets are gone.

  10. My wiring also goes through the same hole in the bulk head so i needed to pull them apart and separate them the best i could.
  11. Agree with Rick... Chase that power wire down to the pump and make sure to separate the two. I had a similar issue 2 years ago. The problem didnt exist until one day when I decide to tidy up things and zip tied them together. The quick tell for me is it only happens when the pump activates. So on calm days it rarely did it. However on rough days it was terrible. The second I would shut off the autopilot the interference would stop.
  12. Personally Im an Okuma guy so anything in the 45 series would be my choice. Okuma Convector 45DS would be my pick. Its a high speed reel (6.2:1) https://www.fishusa.com/Okuma-Convector-Linecounter-Reels/?sku=136198&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAhc-sBhCEARIsAOVwHuRRX2YG9yYvOqCuB4POKmd12Na7KWBnpJds8EIpqcLVFS9pb0a9ABEaApdQEALw_wcB
  13. I have one. its in good shape. I also have a second keel for it also if youre interested. $100. LMK. (I broke one a couple years ago and my ocd wouldnt allow me to have one new and one old so i just bought new ones). 5857030969

  17. They missed 2 years but the Niagara Expo did take place in 2023... and is scheduled for 2024. However there wont be a LOTSA flea market there. Im thinking that ship has sailed and wont take place at that event again. Theres so much at the expo now it would only interfere with all the good things going.
  18. Awesome!!!
  19. Cold front might drag me off the couch!
  20. The rain has been brutal this week
