  1. I thin you stay at Kirks? I stay around the corner at Newtons. I didn't really go pat the end of Boundry Island all week. Right in front of Kirks and the South side of Boundry was where I fished. My 115 used less than 6 gallons of gas for the whole week! Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. I think I only broke off once. I use the lightest slip sinker I can get away with, typically 1/4 ounce or less. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. 18 to 25 feet in structure. Floating jigs with slip sinkers. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Still available. Make offer. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. I hear ya. So far my system has worked. The day I have to transport whole, frozen walleyes will be the last day that I spend any money in Canada...
  6. I have been stopped at the border twice by the MNR for inspection since the slot limit. I asked them the preferred method for transporting fish, and they were happy with what I had (1 fish per bag with skin on). The only improvement they suggested was to freeze with filets next to each other skin side up instead of meat to meat to show that there were no smaller fish between the filets. They did not indicate a preference for transporting whole fish. Video here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/packaging-transporting-or-exporting-fish
  7. Not sure I understand the question? 4 Fish limit. 2 guys brought home 8 Fish. Filited with skin on to identify. 1 fish per freezer bag. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. Had a pretty good week. I know a few LOU members fish this lake. Best June fishing for me in a few years. Only had one rain out day all week. Ate fish every day and 2 guys brought home a limit. Most fish caught fell within the slot limit. I will be back up there in September and hope the fishing will still be as good. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. Back in town if still interested. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  13. Price lowered to $600. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. Thursday morning I could only fish for 3 hours. I couldn't get a 3rd keeper. Had a couple 14s. I enjoyed fishing blade baits. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  15. Still available. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. Check the walleye section. Couple reports there. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  17. Green and not green. I leave them on the rods when stored. Green goes to starboard side. Not green (currently purple) goes to port. Never need to worry about them being set incorrectly. I really don't believe the color of the dipsy matters as much to the fish as it does the fisherman. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  18. Thanks for the help guys. I learned a new technique this trip to add to the arsenal. I will likely do this trip again next spring. Couple hours tomorrow morning then I have to head home. ☹ Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  19. Eyes were 15, 16, 18, and 20". 2 perch came on crawler harness, all walleyes on blade baits. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  20. It requires the same cables to use ipilot link on the bow as it does the dash, just longer one for dash. To share SI transducer as well will require Ethernet switch. Essentially, 2 devices = cables, 3+ devices = cables + switch (hub). Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  21. Getting it figured out. 2 of us did ok this morning. Also had a couple shorts. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  22. So are you saying that there is no color but silver in a white perch? Unlike the picture sk8man posted? I would still say white bass, but I was fishing too shallow for walleye and won't be going back in that far tomorrow to prove myself right or wrong. 23. Ok. Definitely white bass this morning now that i see the ID. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  24. Well, my whole life I have called them silver bass. Definitely the body shape of a bass, not a perch. Like a silver rock bass. Sent from my SM-G955U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
