  1. Probably be in one of my two stands on my property in southern Alleghany county, which all depends on that four letter word that starts with w. The next 10 days cannot go by fast enough.
  2. But did you get a warm reception?
  3. Great pics Jay, those 20 days can't go by fast enough!!
  4. Come on Tim, you only have a few spoons
  5. First time I saw this as well, very nicely done!
  6. LOL Pete
  7. Started out in 20 FOW and headed NW out to 60 FOW with the rest of the fleet. Couldn't get anything to go so picked up and ran out to the 24 line and trolled N / S between the 24 and 27 line. Ended up 6 for 9, with one king and the rest steelies. All fish came on spin docs and flies, except for one steelie on an old Northport Nailer. Kinda rough out there, but ended up nice.
  8. Tim is right on the money, as stern drives / IOs whatever you want to call them, they are for the most part, power assisted steering, so as soon as the engine is turned off, steering the outdrive becomes difficult. This is all changed if the steering is hydraulic, then, it would be cake to set up a kicker with an ez steer.
  9. LOL..... I don't know yet, it's only Wednesday
  10. You don't think it had anything to do with a potential jinxing??? aka superstitious caution
  11. Don't go there Tim Remember the FHC???

  17. Looking good
  18. Gonna have to run it again next time
  19. Not much from the red can out to 250' that I could see, so ran to the 25 line and trolled N to 430', took 8 fish, mostly steelhead, one mature. Spoons included watermelons, blue dolphins and a R&R Razor. Not much of a picture anywhere today, but some action in this heat.
  20. Hope you didn't just jinx it Tim
  21. That was my thought as well, oil might be too thin
  22. Bunk will be just fine at these launches. I have a bunk for my 24' Penn Yan and launch at those launches without any problems.
