  1. Hook them anyway on a hook you would normally fish for panfish with. Keep them in wet leaves with very little standing water. Cool basement or an attatched garage.
  2. You've got 3 big one's in that area already. Slippery Sinker, Narby's and Captains cove. You would have to spend a ton of money to get your place to look like a fishing "candy" store and then try to compete with those guys. I'm just trying to be real with you, but it sounds pretty tough. If the tackle business was so good, then Narby's and Capt. Cove wouldn't have for sale signs on them.
  3. Whats electronics?

  8. You won't have a problem getting out next weekend. Been driving over that bridge everyday since 2001 and it takes some serious cold nights in a row to get it skimmed over. Nothing like that happening this week. Must have seen 3 dozen boats out yesterday. Good luck.

  10. Great post and nice pictures! I have been running those target tip super glows from dreamweaver for a couple years now and think they're the cats ass. Mags and super slim sizes. Throw one of those SS 3' Behind the spinny and watch your rods fly. [ Post made via Android ]
  11. Check out the Raymarine A70D. It's a color combo and is sweet. If they come out with a $500 rebate again this year, you could get it for around $900.
  12. That is a lure from a company in Colorado called (I think) EGB. I have a bunch of them and for some stupid reason, I haven't been using them lately on the late spring Coho/Rainbow bite. They used to put a ton of fish in the boat. I ran them with small dipsey's and jet divers off the boards. They don't have any crazy bright colors, but they caught a ton of Coho's. The wobble they have is awesome. I first found them about 15 years ago in Old Forge. After catching fish on them, I called the company and ordered a bunch more. I'm so glad I never sold them off.
  13. Safe ice isn't looking good right now. This weekend is warm and it's going to be very windy next week.Going to be a short season for all of us this year.
