  5. Very classy post. I'm sure the other organizers like how you are deciding to grow your tourny. Gotta go now, I need to go check and see if my frank and beans are still there. Btw: I know of a third boat that fished it and maybe as time goes on we'll find others. [ Post made via Android ]

  7. Fishing for trout on friday? No way. If Im there to win $25,000 for kings, you can bet your ass Im not fishing for lake trout on friday. If my entry is going to go for that on friday then we wont be there. Honestly I can'T believe it would be an option. [ Post made via Android ]

  13. I dont think it makes a darn bit of difference. The skirt cover them up. Super glow beads could make a diff. As they glow very bright. [ Post made via Android ]
  14. You should of seen the teenager we got. Much darker than that one! Yes under 200' looks good, just not hot and heavy action. [ Post made via Android ]
  15. Im going to say no. If friday were a 3 fish event then maybe. Right now its a "luck" day. Just my opinion. Also I think the payout was just fine last year. Be carefull not to overprice it. That kind of money should be a 2 day event. [ Post made via Android ]
  16. Today we boated about a dozen fish and lost a few others. Lots of small kings today with a bow and some lakers thrown in. We did get a teen king and a 26# king early. Most of the fish came 140'-175fow. Mag divers out 200' with a 10" spinny/Bristol Bay Brawler (cut plug) and spinny/ Alewife Fox Fly. Riggers 100-130' down with Super Glow Watermelon Stingray,Green Halo spinny/High Octane Green Fox Fly and NBK Spinny/Dragon Fox Fly. Seemed like they wanted it a bit faster today. Lots of Kings and bait inside of 200fow early in the morning, but the kings seem to disappear after 8am. Good luck Keith's 26# King

  18. Sat.: Matt "Carpedium" joined us for some Orleans County Derby fishing. With all the cold water, we went after the Brownies. We stayed inside 50' all morning and had a slow pick. Biggest Brown was 10.14#, which made the leaderboard after sat. and a suprise teenage King. Alewife Stingrays / Yecks on mini discs off planner boards and 3 color cores took the fish. Sun.: Today, Matt brought his buddy Mike to do some derby fishing with us. We stayed inside 40' all morning and had a steady pick for most of it. We put a 14.5# and 13.9# browns on the leaderboard. Same spoons as yesterday were good again. We had a great time and look forward to doing it again.
  19. Happy Birthday Ray
  20. Throw a wet rag on the raider antenna. I've heard about it and I guess it works.
