  1. New name " Nothing But Speedo"!
  2. Sunday will be a big fish tournament if it's not used as the blow off day. Depending on how many teams enter on Saturday will determine how many spots get paid. Probobly 1-3 places. -$30/boat entry (entries only taken at the wiegh in on Saturday) -Start fishing after 5am. -Wiegh in will start @ 1pm or if and when we get there earlier. (must be in line by 1pm) -Any Salmon or Trout may be entered. -Wiegh in will be at the old East Fork Marina (don't remember the new name) on E. lake rd (rt.19) about a mile south of the parkway. Thier will be no food, drinks or party. When all teams are wieghed in, you'll get paid and we will have had a great weekend.
  3. Mike, maybe next time you guys shouldn't bring your strollers on board!
  4. That would mean that keith will get into speedo shape and I will not go for that.lol I on the other hand shouldn't have a problem in a speedo. [ Post made via Android ]
  5. I've never put anything there and have never had a problem.
  6. Thanks guys. Too bad only 7 teams were in it. I think it's not so bad of a deal. Entry was $135. I think 1st got $450 cash + $450 merch. and we got $300 + $300 merch. Competing and having a good time with friends was a lot better than cleaning the house! Talking with the guys, it seems like thier will be more Sandy teams next year.

  8. Fished this morning with my pops, Keith (nuthin but net) and Mike (coyote ugly)in the open division of the pro-am till about 11am and ended with about 15 fish. Mostly skippers, but we did manage a teenage king, decent laker and a brown to bring to the weigh in. We ended up with 27lbs and 57pts for the 3 fish which got us 2nd place. Most of the fish were taken on any color stingrays down 30-40' in about 200-240fow. The screen looked awefull all day and the fishing really slowed down at about 10am. Good luck, Scott

  10. Don't stack 2. You will have a mess. Also, according to some video footage, free sliders have been found working their way down very close to the ball. Give me a call and ill show you the Dreamweaver snap we use. It has a rubber coating on one end so it doesn't slide down. Drop your ball to a desired depth and snap it on. [ Post made via Android ]

  15. I've got 2 - 10 color cores I was putting up for sale soon. They are ready to fish and are on the accudepth plus 57lc. I haven't figured out a price yet. If your interested PM me.
  16. I'm an idiot for posting on this thread. CHAAAAAAAAAAD! Could you move it please?
  17. Fished Saturday 300'-450' and did a bunch of skippers, laker and a 15# King. All fish were 15'-25' down. The bigger King came on a 3 color core. Fished today with the family for a few hours this morning and ended up with a mixed bag of a dozen fish in 80'-100fow. Most of the fish came 30'-60' down. All the kids took turns bringing fish in, even my 5 year old brought in her first Lake Ontario fish! The best spoons this weekend were the DW SS Green Halo, Yeck Nuked Green Dolphin and the Yeck Super Glow Ticker. Red c-5 NK'S were good on sliders too. My Mikayla Nephew C.J.
  18. If youn want your best cance at fish, do what Legacy said. Then head north and do what mike said. A 1-4 degree break is what you'll probobly find. I'll be out sunday and monday mornings. good luck!
  19. Actually the government is thinking about using ray as a TOOL to keep the asian carp out of lake michigan. They want to lower him into the canal at the first barrier in hopes that the carp will swim backwards. [ Post made via Mobile Device ]

  21. About 2 years ago their was a charter capt. With quite a "legacy" that wanted us to take a picture of each other on the water. As he approuched from the rear port side we took pictures. All of a sudden my leadcore went a little crazy. By now he is past us and my lead is now going towards the front of my boat! He swears it is not caught on his riggers, but when he pops his last rod my spoon is on his line! Doesn't the jerk cut it off and throw my leadcore out of his boat. I get my core back with no spoon and he proceeds to put my spoon on the end of one of his rods and nails a king on it. I've never been so pissed! That a-hole always leaves quite a "legacy"! 22. Also, IF WE DON'T have a blow day on saturday, we are gonna run a "winner take all" big fish tourny on sunday. Much smaller fee and little bit shorter of a day. We'll except entries at the "Shoot out" weigh-in. We may have to have the sunday weigh-in someplace else though (no big deal). Hopefully this idea may attract some fishermen from a little further away, so they can make it worth while to travel. Could be a big payday for that lucky angler!
