Tried again for browns the first few hours and got a couple. Then moved a little deeper and took an atlantic and a king. Then we tried to put a derby laker on the board but could only get 9-12 lb fish. Finished 11-11. 90-130fow seemed the best. Our silvers came 80-90'down and the chickens were on the bottom.
Be back out sat. and sunday. Good luck.

We fished the inside waters today looking for a brown to put on the leader board and managed to get a 14.9lb fish that is currently in 1st place. Also took a couple that were around 12lb's. We finished the day 15-16. All browns and 1 bow. We did a triple early and then a quad before we picked up at 10:30.
The riggers were poppin between 45 and 55' down in 60fow. We also took a few on the 120 wires. All stingers today w/ the best being glow gators, nbk's and extend glow's. They liked a little faster speed of about 2.4 at the ball.
I did hear of a couple of boats that did some kings and bows in about 100fow.

Diawa Accudepth 57lc with 10 colors of leadcore/leader and backing spooled up ready to go. It's only 1 year old. I have 3 of these and only need 2 of them, so I'm selling this one.
$70 plus shipping
Rapala RSC series roller rod. It's 8' 6" long with heavy action. We won this in a tourney this year and we don't need it. It looks like a nice rod.

Evenings are tough this year unless it's a friday and then I would need to get through the wife. Next year may be diff. w/ my wife coming home at 4pm instead of 6pm now. It looks like sunday will be the next outing. I will take a few days off before labor day to fish though. If you guys need a body in the evenings sometime, let me know and I'll ask my dad if you want. He's only in Brockport.
Jason's ride is sweet. Good job. Talk to ya later.

Fished till 11am today and ended up 7-11 w/ all of the fish being small. 90fow took 5 fish and then we moved in to 55fow to find some browns and only got small kings/1 bow in there. Inside the 120' divers took most of the fish w/ nbk and sweet loraine stingers. We probobly should of gone east but we went west instead.
See ya next weekend. Good luck.

Went 12 - 14 today w/ most fish being rainbows. Biggest was a 12# king. 85fow in front of the nose was the best for us. 45 - 55' down w/ not one particular spoon being the best. A couple wire fish at about 130' out and most of the fish were on the 10 color leadcore.
Not many big kings caught todat at all. A lot of 2 year olds and bows is what I heard from most guys.

For the rest of the season use flashers on your wires. Start w/ spoons on the riggers and if the wires start firing than go to all flashers.
-
spoons- 10' - 30'
flasher/fly- 10'

I know the turnout wasn't the best, but if they treat it like they don't care, then it will go down the drain. They need to give it an honest chance and treat it like it's a part of the pro-am experience.
Thanks.

Apparently they don't care about the open division since they only posted the results for niagara only. If it's a part of the tournament weekend it should be posted or it will never grow and it will be out of sight out of mind.

A buddy of mine has one of these and it's only a year old. He loses his down readings when it gets past 20' down. Any suggestions? Thanks
