  1. Sweet pics.....
  2. Chuck that is a great report.. Couple questions for you what fishfinder do you have on your boat and where do you purchase your jigging supplies.. Also have you ever used spiderwire for jigging..... Dale
  3. Luredragger I am more of a troller than a jigger but I would rather jig then troll, that trolling can get a little boring when fishing is slow.. I also have another question about the jigs you are buying... Where do you do most of your purchasing of them.... Thanks.. Woody
  4. Lee you better get your Bow sighted in that is a doozy !!
  5. Luredragger I really appreciated the post, very informative.. I do plan to give this a whirl on Canandaigua Lake soon as my kitchen is complete... I am in the middle of gutting it.. One question for you is do you see a difference in the Lakers after certain weather systems, Highs and Lows.. Just wondering if they are more aggressive like just before a front.... Thanks again for the information I will definately give it a shot... Woody
  6. Nick the lakers must be 10 pounds or better..... Dale
  7. Sean nice job on the fish.. Also how do you like the rubber stay dry interlocking floor in the boat.. Does the floor still clean up good with that down...... Dale
  8. Cheerleader is a green 8" protroll echip flasher with a green krinckle fly. Its called the cheerleader causes its always puts out. Nice fishing Thomas clan.....
  9. Jeff I have a 21' Sylvan offshore with the I/O 3.0 litre.. I love fishing out of this boat not only is it trailerable anywhere, very economical on fuel, and it rides the waves really nice... I had a 19' Islander with a 4.3 litre in and that was a nice boat also.. I like the I/O beacuse you do not have to worry about netting around the outboard, that in my opinion is a pan in the butt... The extra 2 feet makes a huge difference in the back of the boat my 19 was tight trying to fight fish and net.... My 21 has plenty of room in the back to do all of that...... Dale
  10. Sweet fish... Nice job on the Silvers..... Dale
  11. I believe it will be a 40lber and some change by a LOU member somewhere.. I prolly wont be me as I am deep into renovating my kitchen... Unless I get a free pass from the wife for a day of fishing..... Dale
  12. Sean those pics bring back some fond memories.. I was there 7 years ago and everyday I wish i could go back nice job on the fish..... Dale
  13. Happy Anniversary and nice fish..... Did you marry 2 women.... Not sure if that is legal.....Dale
  14. I switched my dipsey rod holders to Scotty holders. Very similiar to a downeaster rod holder... It is plastic and the rod and reel sit in the holder sweet... When you get a rip you grab the rod and just lift it slowly up out of the holder..The rod holder just opens right up and you play the fish... I think it cost be $35 each... I love them rod holders........ Dale
  15. Nick nice report I hope the big boys show up here pretty soon........Dale
  16. Nice fishing guys... At least you got the feel of a nice big king..... Yukon did you find a boat yet.... Woody.
