bretter I understand about the fish being screen shy as long as they are biting... We will give it a whirl on sunday.... Stan have not seen the sun in some time... Also we have had several inches of rain in the last month......

How did the picture look out in the 150ft to 180ft area.... We were out the other night out of hughes and screen was blank past 75 fow... we did 2 small browns in 50-60 fow on glow frogs and lost another on a dirty white boy.... Do you have down temp on the little brown..... Should be out on Sunday morning with my 21ft Sylvan if I can put a crew together.... Woody

Tim nice report did you run any flasher and fly setups today and did you mark any bigger fish tonight..... I was going to try to get out on thursday am but the wife just informed I have to run my daughter to the orthodontist at 8:45 so I would like to just get a late start on thursday or fish the evening... Boat would not run, found the problem and hit the water @ 9 am trolled on a nw troll hit the first taildancer at 9:45 on corner rigger down 24 over 62 fow on the glowfrog. Then took a nice 9 lb bow on a glowfrog off the wire out 75 over 70 fow. That was a great show... It got quiet for an hour and I dropped the core in at 4 colors with a nbk and took a small bow within 5 mins... It was quiet for a while again made the change over to a king program and took and lowered the core rod to full core in the water and picked up another beautiful rainbow..... Other than the sunburn it was a great mid-morning of fishing on the water.......

Sounds good Chris... I did a compression check and the cylinders are holding 135 lbs or better on all four... I am going to try to get it out to see what happens after another oil change... It just may be a intake manifold gasket.... Dale

Tim and Chris sorry been very busy working crazy hours and on projects at home and for a neighbor. Been trying to get a sweet 1951 ford pickup up and running for the neighbor kid across the street. I also picked up a mini bike for my kids free on the side of the road and that is up and running now and the kids are having a ball with it..Boat ran good until I got it home and found the oil milky, so I am working on that issue, may have solved this and I need to mount 2 dipsey rod holders as I had a rod holder snap off the boat and almost lost my dipsey set-up. Tim I am interested in fishing the LOC if you want this summer with my boat or your boat. Chris boat is running great except for the oil issue now. If you want to get out and fish the LOC let me know.

py88, I had the same problem with my Penn Yan 2 years ago and I changed the filters 8-10 times with minimal help. I had the same engine you have with the thunderbolt ignition. I thought the whole time the way it ran that it was water in the fuel until I spoke with a friend of mine who is a mechanic and he looked at me and with 5 seconds he said your coil is bad. The boat engine would start to get to normal operating temps and the coil would overheat and not send a consistent spark and no spark at times until it cooled down... I changed the coil and took her out and that boat purred like a kitten low speed and high speed.. I think if you put a new coil in her you will be fine..... Dale

Yeah Hank, Regan Smith. He impressed me running the road course in Mexico in the Nationwide Series last year and staying in the top five against some incredible competitors. This is the same race that Montoya won and the commentators could not talk about anybody but Juan Pablo the entire race... like he was the only guy on the track, come on.. He ended up slipping back but he was right there for the majority of the race as a rookie.... It is nice to see local talent make there way to the elite series......

Anybody but that 48 car..... I was hopeing that kid from Cato would back at Daytona but I am hearing he has a part-time ride.... To bad he had some talent and technically has a win after finishing ahead of Stewart at Talladega last fall......But Nascar wanted the bad boy to have at least one win for the year......... Go Ward Burton.

Bill Thank you I will keep you in mind. Tom found the mast in the garage and I am setting up a time to ride to Oswego to get it. Chris maybe you can help slime up the boat before we get yours ready for spring. How is the little one doing ?. You sleeping yet. Where are you ordering the spoons from. I may need to get in with you for some lures. My good collection went with the Penn Yan.
