  2. My sales are down..... ??? Can't figure out why for the life of me ?? I am sleeping in the back seat of my SUV, wish I had the luxury to sleep in a motel !! Unless I can't bunk on one of them regular Tiara's docked in Wilson Tom
  3. Unless it has changed daily prize structure is dependant upon entrants, this is really the only way this type event could survive Tom
  4. Last I heard there were twice as many in already compared to last season Im in Tom
  5. OSWEGO....... Lots of night action, boats trolling regularly: In the harbor, along the shoreline to the east in tight, up the inside of the east wall and right up into the river (mostly east side) earlier on in the season. Some boats do hundreds, and many do none or a few, lots of catch and release though from those in the know. Also night walkers and casters, they walk the wall with S13 Rapala's from bridge street bridge to the railroad bridge on the east side and they cast on the west side from bridge street bridge and north. During the day time a few moons ago there were quite a few locals that would drift in small tin boats jiggin yellow or white bucktails tipped with half a worm, 1/4 and 3/8 oz. Now days there are a handful of guys that will drift worms from the shoreline anywhere from the railroad bridge to just above the old Cahill/Coleman's facility (west side) Incidental eyes are common in the lake (out to about 50 fow), the BT guy's will take them occasionally all spring, so that means they are there !!! You may be hard pressed to get any more info than that, Fat Nancy's in Oswego has a very good selection of stick-baits, maybe stop by and pick one or 2 up as a small thank you to this spot burner. Also Larry's Salmon Shop and Screwy Louie's both have selections of various tackle. Good Luck Tom
  6. Got mine in 8 days this year, has never took any longer than about that amount of time as far back as I remember Sure do wish they would come up with something a bit more water-proof Tom
  7. Tom

  10. Hey Rod..................... the banter.. even though serious to some.. is for the most part "For your reading pleasure" !!! On a side note I recall not that long ago when a certain team was counting themselves out ? ? Remember ? ? I am sort of glad that team did as they would prolly be the A-TOM-MIK Triple Crown (East End) Champs !! Now how would that look on the Big Weenie Resume... Team Lucky Enuff/Big Weenie: A-TOM-MIK Triple Crown Champs............... woe !!!! (: and there is no rule against that name/sponsorship/combination in our events (The way it should be) !! So it would stand, and I have to pay to print it up... OUCH (: He He He I don't see many teams too excited for this however anyway, maybe it will prove me wrong, guess we'll see... sooooo much going on already, but hey you never know.... Maybe even a chance of a day 2 WHI event for Sunday now, barring no blow on Saturday, talks been afloat for a while just waiting for yet another care-taker to host (Where is Yvan, his stage presents is duly justified) God there is a lot to think about (: Tom
  11. Life is good in Yankee land !!! Congrats boys, hard work is rewarded !!!! ENJOY !!! Here's to hoping you take 2nd place down at the WHI Tom
  12. Just a heads up: For those who have not received their new long sleeve T's Next ship date starts Friday the 15th Sorry for delays once again Tom
  13. Well this was Yvan's idea so, I say all you teams that are interested let Yvan decide the rules, then send him ALL YOUR CASH to decide the pay-out structure and how to pay it off, and also to host the ceremony and the crowning. Pete's in, Paulie's in Yvan's in.........Who else ???? Maybe Yvan will throw in some rings and jackets too !!!! Tom
  14. Tom Allen dont like it, just an FYI my dear Captain Pete, I dont think it would work either, prolly only have 6 or 7 teams anyway. Not even sure it would be allowed, it might take away from future potential interest to existing events (ya better check with a certain local townships liabiltiy policies on the South shore as well) for if its againts a dictators wishes it could surprisingly become against a local towns policies, mysteriously amazing !!!...... LMAO Yvan offered his thoughts about this to me a few months ago, I sort of thought it went away, but I've been sadly mistaken and recently reminded it hasn't yet as of the presents of this thread !!! I do like the name however , just would rather not be involved with the relationship to the politicians !!!!! Tom
  15. Thanks Greg but all set my friend !!! Just wanted to say thanks for the help from all Pens are now in an awaiting delivery If anyone is in the immediate area and may be available for daily feedings please drop me an E Mail [email protected] I will fit you in a much needed spot !!! 19. Sounds good Thank you Still not exactly sure whats in store for the day as Scott Prindle noted fish to be delivered week of April 11 or the 18th. My hopes are to get all 5 pens out from behind building, mended where need be, and rested somewhere close to hoist so just 1 or 2 of us can drop them in, (as close as possible to when the fish will be delivered) Estimated time 3 to 4 hours See you Saturday Tom
  20. Thank you guys, birddog1004 will be here as well Greg, drop me an e mail I have a buddy looking for a camper [email protected] Tom
  21. Funny stuff now to look back (for you Italiano guys, lol) Back when you feared your parents and showed respect in return with a zippered face !! Now days my children rule me, and when I raise my voice they are like "Yeah right Dad, whatever" and off they go The school calls to set-up counselor appointments d/t too long of time-outs. lol Vince !!!! Would much rather here "Hey Azz-hole, you got a face like a brute, go to H*LL" instead of the current day drive-by shootings Tom
  22. Even a Polish-Indian can figure that one out Hucklebuck, Hucklebucked, Hucklebucking, Hucklebucketed, Hucklebuckery :The art of deception, or to bluff, trickery, to mislead, caution required, clever Looked it up online and as a verb to be hucklebucked had one meaning of "to convert to cash" duh !!! That pretty much sums it up !!! Also actually found this pronunciation in an English dictionary: skrēm´ẽr Tom
  23. This Saturday (4/2) is the day to get our pens ready (East side marina) Anyone willing to help out we sure would appreciate it We have 5 rather large pens that may need some mending etc. Lot going on for me so I don't know whats in store as of yet, may be able to update before Saturday, if not we will find out together Each year we spend a couple hours on mending/or if we put them in water takes longer We usually start around 9 am unless its 20 below, then so prolly 10 am , lol, but I think it is suppose to be warm Saturday Gloves, power drill, side cutters, nothing major really, old clothes/jacket Tom
  24. I leave for 2 days come back and find out I got my Arse kicked ): Was it last night at midnight the cut-off for votes? How do we vote on the link Anybody have a page number for the Oak, since there is like a ton of pages? Tom
