  2. such a simple world we live in ............hey thats where that 200,000,000,000 in stimulas money is that got "lost".....ill bet dad got his too (my birth dad) and he died in 1984..gotta go buy more rod holders BRB..................
  3. as long as their sharp and as tim said proper lure action ...........did i mention sharp?
  4. Man talkin about walking on thin ice ................SIR! seems like a couple years back a unknown fisherman bought a really nice fishing platform (Parker),, Before that purchase he was seen at the backroom of every tackle shop making the transition from worm and bobber to a real troller with shady information gathered. Couple years back he steps up to the plate in 6 to 8 ft seas to take 3rd place in the scotty. then come all the sucessful charters and pics on the finger lakes and LO. Im starting to think their was a little show of force gathering fishing tips, but hey im justa plummer .(a law abiding one SIR) so if yer sitting on your pooper giving birth to a new ...............................fishing idea (whew) ,,send it to me ill be in cell # 4.. So a HAPPY BIRFDAY TO ONE OF THE "STATES" FINEST AND A PRETTY GOOD FISHERMAN TOO!!!!! AND A BIG THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO!!!!!!
  5. the 1 shot kill (muzzleloader) has improved my" hunting" , knowing ya ant got that "backup" shot settles ya in to a good shot..ive missed 2 times in 6 years ,,1 time i think i got buck feaver at 70 yds asfar as i know that slug is still circling the earth, dead calm ,sitting AND leaning against a tree,,,,maybe he just jumped the shot 2 nd time 120 yd dead center on a 1" oak sapling that wasnt their when i pulled the trigger them small trees move faster than a parked car... back in the day my browing auto, light 12 could shoot any slug in a 5 in circle at 100 yds then those iron sights started to get fuzzy and the scope wasnt a option with the tiny recoill it delivers. 20 ga has been the old timers choice sence ive started hunting 5...10...20......25...30...omg 40+ years ago....back then my thought bigger was better and them old guys just couldnt handle the kick ..now as you and other "seasoned " or smart guys have found out them 20 ga rounds find their spot most every time. But with that said their ant nuttin better for a good tasty gut shot kill than a 3 in mag at 50 yds.. yup i heard it hit,,humped right up and no blood for 50 yds guess i missed it...
  6. wanna play in my spot ,,,,,,2 weeks to go early aug pic

  13. Hey I dont know longline ,my son and i just got home from a 10 mile river kayak, canoe trip. In the 20 miles one way from home to drop off first van i saw 5 racoons ,1 opossum, and 2 red tail hawks.and a young fox. All dead ill bet it was the lead wheel weights laying along the road after they ate them they went crazy and ran into traffic.. gues we'll all have to drive around with bumpy wheels(outa ballance)....hey gold is a heavy metal and really safe to mine , and cheep i just bought a really heavy gold braclet from a guy on the corner for 5 bucks bet it weighs 2 oz. Ive been to gettysburg several time in me life and the lead bullits still have the groves and the balls are round as the day they were shot 150 yrs ago. but i ant no expert.but i does know lead solder was used in copper water lines till early 80,s so if yer house is older and got copper pipe you might be nuts.

  19. Saturday the lou will take on a new owner. Yes Chad "BLUEYES" Is doing the unthinkable . He is giving up ::::::: GOLF FISHING BOATING GOING OUT WITH THE "GUYS" FLIRTING WITH ALL THE GIRLS PARTYING TILL WEE HOURS IN THE MORNING HE will be begining his first and ONLY year of "FUNLOVIN" I hope he signed a prenup to protect his time for the L.O.U. I only know Chad (BLUEYES) from meeting at a few derbys and events but mostly from his time devoted to "OUR" website. We all have become better fisherpersons ,persons, idiots, friends, and buddies from this site. In addition to lake ontario ,we get reports from calaforina, alaska, florida, canada, and overseas. many have saved money by buying the right equiptment, and have spent lots of money for much needed stuff. Pen rearing info ,fishing tips and yes even twitter have helped our passion of fishing from this one little site. And even some good "BUFFY FISHING" reports have been made by me. Celebrations , Concerns(prayers) for us and loved ones are reflected here and well recived.. Well I'm shure the list could go on for many of us who have gone from "0''s" to Heros on our fishing reports.. I'm afraid thats all gonna change tomorrow if we dont help when Chad gets married. Maybe we should ALL give Chad and his bride some Advise for a happy marrage,, And if Uncle Jerry (running rebel) or Dad (larry) want to post their address or po box maybe some of us might have a place to send a card or whatever to Chad and his new bride.... PS. its close enuf to fill you in on my little "wedding cruise" info i gathered from chad this summer ..On his honeymoon he told his wife the will be going on some boat called " Sunset cruise " The small detail he left out was that is a neme of the fishing charter he booked.... Talk about a cold Honeymoon.... Cheep wedding card =2.00 500 members sending 2 bucks = a heated doghouse with wifi...
