Dark Day – Light Day Results

sometimes a picture tells a story i already noticed the paint was chipped off the front of that lure the guyes that got me started trolling always stressed putting split rings on spoons as a flopping fighting fish can twist the spoon just right in the swivel during a fight and unhook the swivel.. 3yrs ago on seneca we were fishing togeather dan reminded of that as i hooked on a stinger without one... you know the rest of story .. hooked a nice landlock thing was jumping bout the 3rd time nothing but a bent swivel not only unhooked but bent beyond use .....got me a pair of splitring pliers and a good supply of split rings ,,thanks for the lure tip though gives me a excuse to go to watkins for rnrs kindalight with sgl hook but those trebbles should calm em down sum, i use em mostly for sliders when i find a pod of steelheads , cohos,or smaller jacks but always looking for a new spoon to drown. didnt know tamerions could still be ordered ,,found bout 30 this year at a shop near pulaski for 1.00 each honey bees , optimisers, and northern kings too. -

thanks guys i just wound one of my lighter rods with cajun line (red) supposed to be harder to see than red lure or hook because light passes through it ....any thoughts .. i sorta had the afternoon set aside to iron some crinkled mylar on damaged flys and sharpen hooks, anyone try the red line in a scientific way comparing fish catches? and if ya used the same scientific bunch thats telling me we are in a global warming crises include that with your report.. I cant imagine how cold it would be if we wernt in the earls stages of record heat.. phew  -
purchased my 1000w/gps bass pro 599.00 ,679.00 at this discount site hmmmm id continue shopping ..the good thing about buying fishfinder /gps unit is there is hundreds to choose from :? :? :? the way things are made now 500.00 on up should get ya a product any rec fisherman can benifet from ...jst compare cost of complete package speed, temp, gps, dual freq., at time of purchase rather than upgrading later trust me once you get on the water and see that fish comming up to look at or hit your lure just once it will justify the extra cost. think ill hook my unit up to a 12 volt battery and put it on demo mode ..........wonder what kind of fight those squirrels at the feeder would put up hmmmmmm..............sounds like i might redifine the peanut rig

i know but cant get the right link to pop up to take ya to article, if ya clean back to com it should get ya to the main site then ya could try to enter rest of search to there item rearch. found site by general search under,,,, ethonal problems ,,,,,found that suite 101 site on page two search.it said that water vapor in the vents is not the problem but sloppy practice by carriers and distributars is more problem stations need to change water seperators more often,we need to change our filters more often for awile till the crap in our tanks is loosened up and carried to the filter, ive had my boat for bout7 yrs now and never had problem with water in gas but this last summer several times when running in rough water i noticed water does hit vent opening on sides of boat and must allow some water to enter vent doesent affect tank im running on,think it burns water as fast as it enters vent, but when i switch to other tank after long runs under rough conditions i get a pretty good flush of water so bad that the old tub shuts down and i gotta switch back and play the flushing game till the waters out if its bee real bad ive had to (((((dissconnect fuel line install primer bulb into fuel line with 2ft of clear tubing pumpinto clear container till water is out reconnect and im fine)))))))this can be done in the driveway for those with rubber fuel lines at fuel pump sucks the crap from bottom of tank as fuel pickup is near bottom. Fishstix set your cigeratte aside during this process.we enjoy your photoshop too much to let you go too soon. this year im gonna try some of those lobster claw rubberbands around vents on tank not in use and maybe angling vents a little more to the rear .. or straight up    jst kidding

over the years ive seen boats with sterns built for i/o with a o/b hanging off what resembles a kicker bracket , actually there are many boats like that on the hudson river. ...Hank what are the pros and cons of these rigs ?.. it would be sorta sweet not to have a doghouse to work around on my shallow draft boat. and just in case any diehard fishermen read this site how bout a approx cost range for this bracket? Thanks.

no to the herring , ive never used them, give ceelys a call 1-845-534-3495i im shure they can help.we use nites strait when fishing is hot but mix em up with a blood when things slow down.. as to the circle hooks started using few years back they are unreal % of hookups jumped to near100% no more gut hooks or wounded fish ,they should be manditory for any bait fishing everywhere. 2 nd week of may i should be on the hudson ..may is the beginning of my busy season 1st wk turkey,2nd wkstriped bass ,3rd wkturky,4th wk seneca lake trout derby,on top of all that ill have to sneak in a couple days work. -
i feel like the muskybob of the rod and reel poll as in the num bersdont go high enuf, ithink id better get serious about a garage sale sooooon

well from a newbee,s experiaencs and assuming the water was clear and it was after bout 10 am id run any of these on a brite day with long leads, now #5 usually has a gold cup which will work in both also the gold (brass) will help in stained water too.#6 would be a good clear water to slightly stained early to midmorning browntrout spoon brite or dark for some reason i cant get that thing to fire after noon guess because the brown have been dispersed by then also only get action out east (sodus)with 6 they dont look at that much at oak orchard.(I hacked into the bronwtrout secret chatroom and heard em talking bout that blue bottom boat pulling that spoon overhead),they just wont commit, now that last spoon couldnt talk me into pullin it outa the box.wh w blk dots got me a few browns spring at sodus and wh with orange is hot all over now that looks like a wally lure ,i ant never had one to try but if you say it worked i could force myself to buy another spoon. tom if you go bout 39miles west in the spring and mark pretty good fish toss #1 over and if theres a coho or small(6#ish)steelies there, keep the rod in your hand they should hit it before ya can sit down.. but hey Imma learning ...........and i think Capt. Billy would tell ya to change the color of the EYE on that last spoon.
