If Miss em doesnt get them I will take them off your hands. They dont work at all. I just want them around to take up space!
On another note there are next to zero captains on Lake Ontario who are paid to endorse a product. That was a very childish and immature comment. Sure do we get discounts on equipment yes but paid to endorse...NO!
Cant we all just get along be thankful that techniques and baits actually get shared with the general public!
I did have this on my Baha. It is a twin screw. It would work on a single screw real well. I also put rudder extensions on as well. Even without an autopilot I would recommend larger rudders on a Baha. It is a must.
I have a Raymarine Sportpilot 5X-R for sale. I have only had it on my boat for 2 years. Works great. This is a perfect autopilot for a single screw I/O or an outboard boat with cable steering. However I did have it installed on a twin screw inboard. I have everything you need to hook up and go. The only reason I am selling is I am installing hydraulic steering and a new autopilot on my boat.
Comes with the control head and all the seatalk cables as well as the drive motor that mounts on the wheel.
I have to get one last piece off the boat next weekend so it will be available then. I can meet you in Sodus Pt or anywhere around Syracuse or 81 south to Cortland. I really dont want to ship it.

Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday! And a Big Thank you to all our vendors as well.
It was nice to put some names to faces. We are already in the planning stages to make this a bigger and better event next year so stay tuned!
Come on Spring anyday now!
I was laughing and wanted to answer in a smarta$$ way but I figured you just had not had your coffee yet!
See you Saturday! Please Introduce yourself I should be at the front table when you come in.
As long as they are fused seperately. Scotty does recommend at least 8 gauge on the 1116's and 6 gauge on the 2116's. Dont scrimp on the marine wire. This will dictate the performance of your riggers. Maximize the juice.
Modified Scottys. I put a piece of hard tubing in the back of the scotty. 1in hot water line works the best. When I was in British Columbia that was the only way the locals would have a release setup. Those guys fish down to 275 ft on there riggers. I will see if i can take a picture of what my setup looks like. Real good gripping power and zero line damage, no twisting just a clean setup.
After getting addicted to big water duck hunting the last 3 years with my 3 year old lab milo we decided to add a second pup to our house. We are very excited to have Tall Tails Ruger's Storm Warning aka Ruger to our family. It will be a task keeping both retrievers happy this fall but we are really looking forward to it.
If I have a hot paddle I dont change a thing. Guys who fish with me have been berated for removing swivels from attractors...HHHMMMM I may need to seek professional help....
I always tie a loop, but I always tie my own leaders.
I believe it has to do with the jigging action the boat is applying to the rod. I find a chute copper deadly in following sea troll.
However there are days they want them off of the boards as well. Run it both ways and let them tell you what they want.
My 60lb setup is a 400ft Penn 345 on a 7ft custom fish doctor copper rod. I will probably change it over to an Okuma Solterra this year. Those are the best long copper reels on the market. The power is unbelievable.
