  1. Do you still have 16 lb. torpedo weights for sale ? Thanks
  2. New price on Cannon Mag10 HS riggers with low profile swivel, telescoping boom, Vector double rod holders, spooled (1 has coated wire for SubTroll) $400 each, $750 for both, pick up in Binghamton (Endwell) , NY or buyer covers shipping.
  3. Spring cleaning. (2) PENN GTI 345 reels, with 100' and 400' respectively of 45# copper, used but 100% functional, $125 for the 100', $135 for the 400', buyer pays shipping. (2) Shimano Tekota 800 reels with at least 15 colors of lead core each, used very little, but clickers need replacement. $165 each. (2) 2009-2010 Cannon Mag 10 HS, excellent condition, just too fast for my taste, each with Cannon low profile swivel bases, same condition, Vector after-market dual rod holders, (one needs a pin - I am using a small screwdriver where a pin once was, easy fix, fully functional), $450 each. (2) lightly used Abu Garcia 5601 C4 (left handed) casting reels, loaded with #17 lb. cortland camo, $75 each. (4) Tackle Industries 9' medium heavy musky rods, 2 NIP @ $75 each, 2 very lightly used (too much rod for my taste, great for Bulldawgs, double 10s) $65 each. Shipping is actual cost. I am low tech, so no pics, but all solid equipment, no junk.
  4. Beautiful morning, perfect conditions. Hit the water at 4:40 AM, had two in the box by 6:00 AM, and then a slow but steady pick bite until around 10:00 AM. Final score was 6 Kings, 1 laker. The kings were all nice and silver. 3 were 2-3# "skippys", 2 in the 15-17# range, and my best fish of the season so far, an estimated 25#, and I tend to be conservative in estimating such things. I fish alone, so no derby card and no scale. (I'm buying a scale !) Best water for me was 140'-175' west of the shute, temp break was down around 100' . All fish came on riggers down 100'-125'. Green/Green. 2.3-2.6 mph on the GPS. A few more boats out there today.
  5. Went out solo for the late afternoon/evening Friday. Marked bait and targets down 100'-140' over 165'-200' NW of port. Went 4/4, all kings - 1 skippy, other three 15#, 18# and 20#. Green/glow pro-troll and A-Tom-Mik crinkle/green fly down 105' and 115' on at 2.4 knots on the GPS. Smooth as glass (after the storms moved through) and very little traffic. This AM chased off by storms by 8:00. Did'nt even move a rod - either the fish moved off my waypoints, (or up or down), or they did'nt want to eat yesterday's goodies. Either way, did'nt have time to look for 'em. At least there are finally some kings around !
  6. Check your e-mail Rick
  7. In addition to the 2 captains pak electrics listed earlier, I have for sale: (2) Big Jon Pro Sportsman electrics, swivel bases, dual rod holders, and 6" risers for sale - nice shape - $450 (2) Big Jon long-arm manual downriggers, no bases, single rod holders. These are the larger diameter manuals, with 4' arms. They are very rugged units - $200 Sutton44
  8. I have two big jon electrics, each with three piece sectional arms, dual rod holders, swivel bases, and 6" pedestal risers. They work fine. I will throw in a third big jon electric (downrigger only, no base, no rod holder) for parts. $500 firm. Next stop is Ebay. Sutton44[/b][/i]
  9. For sale are (2) used Big Jon Captain's pak electrics in fully functional shape. They have dual rod holders, swivel bases, 6" pedestals, long arms. First $600 takes them. I will ship at your cost, or local pickup in Binghamton area is fine. Sutton44
  10. Question for folks with kicker experience. My boat is a Trophy 2359 with a swim platform, and I just bought a Yamaha T9.9 20" shaft kicker for it. I figured 20" would work fine, but I am now second guessing myself, wondering if the 25" shaft would be better. Anybody got any thoughts. The motor is still crated, and I can probably exchange it if I need the 25". Thanks, Sutton44
