Why do some people also feel the need to JOKE AROUND ALL THE TIME????  Teams may enter and exit from any port in Oswego or Cayuga County.  Team Structure: Teams are not limited to a maximum number of anglers. Allowable max number of rods will be based on 4 anglers (8 rods). If you fish fewer than four anglers you may only run the number of rods allowed by law (2 per angler).  Tournament fishing is limited to US waters.

So lets see.For the Wilson Scotty Tournament 75 or 80 boats are all going to call just before they cross into canada and then again the same day when they return.Don't see it happening but that will sure keep them busy if there are 5 or 6 people on every boat.
