I liked to have a boat hook handy, your partner can hook on to the dock cleet, try not to yank him out of the boat. . I'm sure weve all had bad days docking.

If you think its scary to go out in the small boat I think you should stay off the big lake thill you have more confindence in your boat, theres no room to panic out there if you get cought in a sudden wind change or a storm. be safe and good luck. .

Steve,I don't have down speed, useing GPS my best speed has been2.7 I just have to have to let the fish tell me when I'm going the right direction for that speed. .
