yeh it was awesome...we were about 10 miles out on the weed line... But i heard the reef fishing was amazing 20lb grouper, baracuda, anything...the place we stayed was on a canal, and we caught about 30 amber jacks as well the week we were there, on minnows that we cought out of the canal

never posted this pic but it was a nice one on a wire dipsy with a fly and dodger

I agree with all of you.. this is all bad asset management....Lets if anything piss off governor patterson and waste even a second of his time.... the Canandaigua derby is june 6, 7 this is the one hosted by the chamber and THE lake trout derby on seneca is memorial day I was thinkin we could sneek one in before these ones if not maybe july after red cross derby

also got out for the last time of the year.. from about 1 to 3pm ... 5 fish, 4 LT 1 Salmonoid 2 good fish out of the bunch one 6lb other about 3 both big came on lead core dispsy with flasher and fly. small ones came on seth green. All fish hit going fast prolly baout 2mph in 60 to 70 FOW

fished as well at that time near german bros ... only out for an hour but cought 1 in 140 FOW on bottom seth green lure, natural colored what i call baby tuna lure... about 2 inches shaped like a football

It looks there is a limited number of people but i will be out in full force tommorow am about 730 am on the north end working german bros ... I am goona try to hook the VHF up ill be on 68 if you wanna holler at the key west... we will just have a friendly competition and some banter...sorry it didnt work out better but we will still have fun...maybe we can figure something out on the radio tommorow for a winner
